not PEM... misleading advertising
without the exhaust at the bottom this unit put all the chlorine and ozone gas back in the water.if this unit have membrane between positive and negative plates, this is to separate and exhaust chlorine and ozone not to capture them....I should have done my research before purchasing...

great follow through on customer service
had some problems initially being given a delivery date of like five weeks but on emailing RESH regarding this, had two responses by morning and the product was with me in about a week.it's fizzing away now. very happy with it.
