This olive oil is really good. I have used it raw in salad and I made minestrone soup and drizzled over it during serving. It has this olive earthy aroma and nutty taste. I used it in oven roasted lemon chicken, and it was not greasy at all. It has this fresh velvety texture and smells like raw olives. You get better value with this for your buck.

Biaglut products are very good, much better than the average gluten free pastas. I have used lasagna noodles several times to make, you guessed it, lasagna. They cook quickly in about 4 minutes and when cooled with water remain solid for the assembly of the lasgna. One has to be careful, mind you, to see that the noodles are not pilled on one another in symmetrical fashion during the cooling. And, one or two will break on the way to the lasgna dish. But, no more so than regular pasta. They feel and taste like wheat pasta. Excellent product.cle

This oil was used by my Sicilian grandma, my parents & myself for years. The olive's used are 100% Sicilian olives. I wish that the company had kept the original symbol.
