Omg fantastic sauna I will say for heat steam and quality well insulated chair could do with being a little taller as I’m 6 foot 5 but a really really good sauna I will be building a Woden bench and also use a dehumidifier to dry it after use every time I would recommend to anyone

What you are essentially getting here is a kettle and a tent which does the job at £150, a bit expensive for me to be honest. Just to elaborate the chair is useless so use a small stool instead and the foot massage is a waste of time so just save space by leaving it outside. Now if you want a good steam room experiance, put warm tap water in the kettle upto max level to warm up faster and leave to boil for 10-15min before going into the closed tent. Once your inside give yourself 10-15min before warming up and getting to a stage when your body is feeling the steam and starting to perspirate. In a nutshell you'll achieve the same experiance as a normal steam room in double/triple the time! I dont want to sound too negetive and honestly speaking its a great alternative but not an industrial size steamer so you do get what you pay for with some patience. You'll also want to stand up at times to get a better feel as your feet can be cold by sitting for too long. Now in terms of placing this steam room in a room, dont do it! It produces allot of steam which can damage your rooms unless you have some extractor or a dehumidifier on. I have it set up in my conservatory with a dehumidifier which work well but you may want to use a garage or conservatory. I think a little blower fan assistance inside the internal caddy will improve the circulation and just give it that boost that its lacking (I may even design it myself!). I do tend to use it quite often now as the winter months still loom over us and also think of the money Im saving on expensive memships!

Not recommended! The tent looks like good quality but after 3 uses the steam machine started licking and after a few more uses the display is filled with steam and it is dangerous to use.
