You’d think a prerequisite for a ‘dongle dangle’ was for the dongle to actually dangle but sadly ‘dongle fall off” “ or “doesn’t hold dongle “ it the catchy “doesn’t dangle dongle “ would be a better name for this product .

Would not buy again. Clips in strongly but now dongle doesn’t attach tightly to headphones. Hole has been “stretched” by attaching to dongle dangler. V frustrating.

Really expensive for what it is but it's well made and does save me from a very bad looking homemade version

Seitdem ich diesen kleinen Stecker habe, kann ich immer beruhigt aus dem Haus zu meinen kursen gehen, ohne Angst haben zu müssen, keine Musik abspielen lassen zu können. Zugegeben für diesen kleinen Adpater ist der Preis nicht sehr günstig, allerdings ist er mir das wert.

Das Produkt ist gut verarbeitet und fühlt sich hochwertig an. Der Adapter sitzt fest am Dongle und kann sich nicht von alleine lösen.Ein praktisches Must-Have für iPhone Besitzer ohne Klinkenstecker am Handy.

Qualitativ ok, das war bei dem Metall aber auch nicht anders zu erwarten. Dass nicht explizit beschrieben wird, dass kein Adapter selbst dabei ist, macht den Kostenpunkt von circa Acht Euro zu einer Frechheit.Für diesen Preis bekommt man schon andere Adapter in verschiedenen Variationen.

Any dongle attached has a strong latching effect with the precision designed tip so you don't have to worry about a loose dongle getting detached and destroyed. I give this product a 5 star for simplicity, build quality and dangle ability.

As any owner of a recent iPhone (7, 7+, 8, 8+, X) knows, the absence of a headphone jack is no small matter--especially to anyone who uses their smartphone for listening to music (and movie dialog) and who has collected a number of favorite headphones and earphones. Bluetooth connectivity can be slow and sporadic (especially when using non-Apple earphones), and to the audiophile (or discerning listener) the audio quality of wireless earpieces--while plenty strong in the bass frequencies--can't measure up to the sound of good wired headphones.The problem is easily solved by using a 3.5mm headphone adapter--providing it's the "right" adapter. Even adapters ordered from the Apple Store have been known to fail, so finding one that works is cause for celebration. But now the challenge becomes hanging on to that "good adapter." Short of "welding" it to the iPhone or headphone, this tiny, lightweight problem-solver of itself looms as a problem should it disappear from their owner's key chain. Enter the "Dongle Dangler."I slipped it on my key-chain, then "clicked" my proven headphone adapter onto the Dongle for dangling (extending its length by another inch). I was initially dubious. The Dongle simply didn't seem to "grip" my dangling adapter securely enough to provide assurance against loss. But after a full two weeks, my adapter persists in remaining attached to my Dongle. If I can say the same after 2 months, I'll raise my rating to 5 stars. (If it fails, I'll have to remove a star--though it probably has earned 3 stars for two weeks of steadfast service.)

In less than 24 hours my dongle was gone from my dangler. I pulled my keys out of my pocket and my dangler was still there, but my dongle was not. I pulled my keys out of my pocket about a half dozen times after I attached my dongle to my dangler. It must have gotten detached one of those times. My dongle seemed firmly attached to my dangler; it snaps on securely. However, something about me and my pockets and my keys defeated it.I still think the dongle dangler is a great idea. I’m sorry to give it a bad review, but it lost my dongle.

Since I switch my ear phones between my kindle and my iphone 7, I need to have my converter handy all the time. Since my keys are always with me--I walk each day listening to music or a book--then the converter is always with me. I recommend this product.

Needed to be able to carry that stupid iPhone dongle with my work keys to test AV setups in our meeting rooms. Have had this guy for a couple of weeks and am still impressed. Has a nice, secure fit with the female end of the dongle, no signs of it ever slipping off. Not heavy or obnoxious in any way, but is a lot more solid feeling than I anticipated (in a good way).If I had a complaint, was trying to say the name, because dongle dangler always makes me giggle. Yes, I'm an immature child at heart, deal with it.

This is one of those things that I hate that I had to buy but I’m so glad it’s there to be purchased because this little thing has saved my sanity.I regularly put on music at work but my speakers have the traditional hookup. My iPhone does not. I kept misplacing the little dongle, leaving it everywhere but where I actually needed it. I would have left it attached to the speakers but that little thing is expensive.So after weeks of eyeballing this dangler, I decided to just go for it.Like I said, it’s saved my brain. I now have the dongle attached to my keys at all times. It’s there when I need it and stays put when I don’t. I’ve toted this thing around on a daily basis for at least 3 months, tossed it in my bag, pulled it out of my bag, smashed it with stuff in my bag and the dongle has never once moved. It’s attached securely.So, if you’re tired of tracking down your dongle, just break down and buy it.An annoying purchase but worth every cent.

My dongle no longer dangles. Do you know how sad it is, to look down, and see that your dongle has disappeared? When I first got my dongle dangler, I showed it off. Loud and proud, some would say. To look down, and see that MY DONGLE was not DANGLING.... I nearly went into cardiac arrest. It was MY dongle. MINE. And now I fear someone else is dangling it somewhere. RIP my dongle.

Their slogan should be "for less than the cost of that dongle you're going to lose you can..." ok kidding - but really, great idea/concept/execution and worthwhile to own. I never wanted to need one of these and typically carry around my adapter/dongle on my headphones of choice.But with the migration to USB-C on my iPad and still lightning on my iPhone, I now have (2) dongles to carry around.The dangler helps me keep the other dongle firmly attached to the zipper pull inside my backpack. Since its earned a permanent spot there, now I can just switch between the dongles when needed and life is good. It's my opinion that Apple knew what they were doing when creating the iPhones that use a lightening cable to charge and do not have a port for playing music. These adaptors get lost, stolen, left...In a bit or frustration at spending $9.99 every time I lost one (I am sure it's up to 6 now that I have lost), someone told me about this. I have had two "dongles" taken from the desk at work, and since I have had this thing (which seems so simple - there's not a lot to it. If I was more "crafty," I am sure I could make one out of an old headphone extender cable) I have not lost one!!!!

I absolutely fell in love with these. Since I upgraded to the iPhone Xs I have always found myself needing the dang headphone adapter here and there, and I never had one with me. This has solved my problem. The packaging says that the adapter will not fall off, and they mean it. I tested this out by holding the adapter and violently shaking my keys to see if they would fall off... they didn't. I have no worries about the adapter falling off (not that they are expensive, it's just very inconvenient if you need one and don't have one).I loved these so much that I bought some as gifts for my family. I highly recommend these if you are always in need of a headphone adapter and never have one.

Little parts and pieces can get lost so I love that I can attach this to my gear bag and it will hold my little iPhone adapter secure so I know it’s not going to fall out every time I open the bag. The plug is a perfect fit, not too loose and not too tight. I ordered another one for my other gear bag
