Sangoma s205 VoIP Phone with POE (or AC adapter sold separately)

So I bought this VoIP phone for two reasons. 1) To learn more about the FreePBX business VoIP system and 2) to give me a phone that works unlike my mobile which is abysmal. For the price, this is a great starter desk phone to familiarize yourself with Sangoma's FreePBX. There are cheaper phones on Amazon but those require more complex setup or the $150 endpoint management add-on. Voice quality is IMPRESSIVE over my single SIP trunk and PoE works great with my Unifi SW-8's PoE passthrough port.My only reason for docking a star is the screen is completely unreadable without shining a light on it. I wish it had a cheap EL backlight for the display. This won't be an issue if you're using this phone in a well-lit office.

Using these phones as a paging system, attached to FreePBX server.

It was my first time to purchase a Sangoma IP Phone and I was excited to get it because our PBX is FreePBX. Upon actually testing it once it was connected. When I rang the phone the ring tone was horrible and it started to hang. I tried to call and same thing phone freezes and cannot even dial out. Worst of all the return freight was the cost of the phone. Am never importing an item like that from Amazon again.
