Are all the exercises done sitting down? I have balance problems, i don't want any standing exercises

How can the handles be attached to the bands?

#1 - Pull the webbing through the buckle to create 2 open loops. #2 - Direct the band through one loop. #3 - Direct the band through the 2nd loop. #4 - Pull buckle to tighten. Put a knot in the band to secure the band in the handle.

MY 90 YEAR OLD MOTHER TOOK TO THE BANDS SO QUICKLY! IT IS A PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO WORK ON HER STRENGTH WHILE WATCHING TV. THE ONLY REQUEST I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IS TO HAVE A LARGE POSTER SIZE OF THE DIFFERENT EXCERSICES INSTEAD OF THE TINY BOOKLET I COULD BARELY SEE.
