Super simple assembly and very sturdy.
This item is a basic two-tier shower bench made from real wood. It's seal stained in a walnut color making it very attractive. It arrives with a simple bag of bolts and feet and four structure pieces. It also comes with an allen wrench, but I'd strongly encourage using a cordless drill. If you have a 5/32nd hex bit and a cordless drill, the assembly process will take EASILY less than 10 minutes. And that includes cleanup time (ie. leveling the bench and pitching the instructions in recycle bin. This is a very simple assembly and it looks great once complete. It claims has a weight limit of up to 300lbs and that feels about right once assembled. After assembly and leveling, mine stands about 17" tall, 15.5" wide and about 10" deep. The shelf on the bottom has a gap height of about 5.5" to the bottom of the top bench and it's approximately 8.75" from the floor.Overall, this bench looks nice and appears both well stained and sealed. It's small enough to not take up a bunch of space in the shower and stable enough to give an individual confidence while in the shower. If you are looking for something that isn't plastic, I'd recommend you take a look at this one.

Such great quality!
This is so cute and perfect for so many things! The assembly was so easy, too, with only 8 screws. It's not moving anywhere on a hard surface, either, because they included some awesome and THICK rubber feet for it.It is solid and has a pretty good weight to it so it won't be toppling over. It looks like it has an elegant and smooth layer of paint which adds a lot of class to it, but I guess it's like 3 layers of paint with a water proof surface. The paint is flawless!I haven't decided where I'm going to put it. I originally got it for my shower but after putting it together, I think it's too nice to stay hidden. I may end up using it in the kitchen or the living room, it IS that beautiful! I'm so beyond happy with it and want a few more.

If you're not a fastidious woodworker you'll likely LOVE this little bench!
I could point out 6 or 7 minor imperfections, however it's a beautiful piece for 20 bux. A perfect rendition of this without a flaw, I would expect to pay double that. It goes together relatively easily, though helps if you have a screwgun, extensions and a bit (don't crossthread, start by hand), as with anything like this don't snug down the bolts until all the pieces are together, you'll want to hold pressure in on the legs to close the gap while snugging that bolt down.I can tell you the imperfections, keeping in mind that I wouldn't even consider building the same thing for double digit pricing! One or two seat slats are not completely flush (wracked a tiny bit), chamfered edges of those slats aren't stained and finely sanded... tiny chipping in one spot (I do mean TINY). Seat top and shelf are nicely sanded though the legs have some rough spots. A couple legs needed to be cut with a little less angle to meet flushly with the seat top which due to the assembly design does not impact usability and is not noticeable unless you plan to keep it eye level. Most of these things a homeowner "could" tune-up if they felt it necessary... I suggest using it as is, it really is fine. For the eye appeal, moderately good woodworking, and price this almost deserves 5 stars... considering some of the junk I've seen people selling. Please don't hesitate based on MY nit-picking, as said in the title if you're not a perfectionist craftsman I would wager you'd be very happy to own this. BUT, if this is a "feeler price" and it pops up to double... I can't recommend it. I usually say that I'll update if there's a problem, there won't be, I'm confident this will be in my home longer than I have left (hopefully 30-40 years).Final note, though it is teak and can handle water. If you intend on using it in the tub and want it to last a long long time... consider a small brush and some Captains Varnish or poly for the chamfered edges, really for simplicity you could just give the whole piece 2-3 light coating with a spray poly.Possibly my main gripe is that it doesn't come with plugs to cover the bolts, I could putty with a blonde putty for contrast, sand it and seal it. Maybe when I finish the other 2,394 projects I have on my list, I'll consider that.

Convenient Storage with Non-Slip Features
I found the teak shower bench really handy for my bathroom. I like to have a place to sit while I relax during showers, and this bench is perfect. The two-tier design offers extra space to hold my shower essentials like soap and a towel, which keeps everything organized. The non-slip feet give it stability, so I don't have to worry about it sliding around, which is a huge plus.On the flip side, it can feel a bit bulky in smaller showers, so you need to consider your space. The finish, while nice, can also show water spots if not dried off, which means I have to wipe it down after each use.Pros:- Convenient storage with two tiers- Non-slip feet for safety- Sturdy and well-made designCons:- Can be bulky in tight spaces- Water spots can appear on the finish

Perfect for a small nook next to an armchar
Somehow, this is just what I needed: right size, right style, right concept, and sturdy construction. Even without power tools, it took about ten minutes to assemble.I don't need it in my shower, but it sure makes a great book/magazine/drink stand right at the height of an armrest. It fits into a small area.I also considered it for alternate uses:1. As a shoe rack in an entryway, it would hold 2-3 pairs of shoes (or other on-the-go items).2. As a stepstool: it's a little tall, so you'd need to be careful not to let it shoot out from under you, but I did stand on it (200 lb) and it held me with no complaints.
