Solid. I got this for work. If you can get your IT department to install the software for it the macro keys really some in handy. Great product.

“The F5 key didn’t work, and the box it was shipped in was damaged—by ‘damaged,’ I mean it was busted open, and I could see the keyboard inside. I didn’t notice any external damage, but once I started pressing the F5 key, it didn’t work. I’m very disappointed, and I’m going to return this and find a new keyboard. I would not recommend this product because of the way it was shipped. Perhaps if it had been packaged better, the keyboard might still have worked, but I’m not sure. All I can say is that I’m very upset.”

This is a really great keyboard and it came in perfect condition the box came open but the product wasn’t damaged at all! Ten out of ten product 👍

It’s a bit pricey as you can see but the green switches sound good and the little cushion that comes with keyboard is awesome and a nice lil add on to the whole thing, I thought for a second it was built into the keyboard but I honestly prefer being able to move it around then have it actually connected to the keyboard so if I want to rest my left wrist then I can just move the cushion over easy peezy. The keyboard was a little bit dusty but nothing compressed air can’t fix. To get it to change colors is also pretty easy, it didn’t take me 100 years to setup just had to download razor chroma or whatever it’s called. If you like listening to music as you play games then this keyboard is for you cuz I can easily pause, skip, playback, and change the volume on the keyboard. Besides my last razer product being the headset and getting the wires completely tangled to the point I was fighting my headset wires any time I played, this keyboard is one of the good razer products.

Like the title says, it's a strange keyboard. Something about the M1-6 keys on the left side is enough to throw off normal typing. I keep hitting TAB, Caps Lock and even the M1-6 keys. I switched from a Razer Huntsman V2 Pro after the media wheel on the upper right corner of the keyboard freaked out and would not stop adjusting the volume on my computer. Hopefully the roller on this keyboard does not have the same issue. If it does, I will never buy another Razer keyboard.Overall, the size, feel, brightness, and build quality all seem to be ok, but nothing special. But like I said, something is off with this keyboard. Maybe the keys are a little closer together? maybe the keyboard is a little wider? Perhaps both? Or maybe Razer just cannot make a good keyboard? The Huntsman line I have owned three, and all three had the volume wheel fail. Now, this Black Widow v4 is already driving me nuts! I am generously giving this two stars, because I like the green switches, the feel of the keycaps, and the LED colors, brightness, and control, but that's it. This keyboard is definitely not worth retail price brand new.

The first two renewed Razer keyboards didn't stand up to daily use, but did function for ~1 year. This model was malfunctioning out of the box. The lighting works intermittently, will flash rapidly, goes dark, and the lighting for CAPS LOCK and other keys in that row will activate randomly, white, red.

I have now ordered 2 keyboards in a row that had sticky keys. The first one was the "D" key, and this is on it's way back to Amazon. I ordered a replacement while the first one was shipping back. I just received the 2nd keyboard, and the "Enter" key was sticking. I pulled the keycap off, but the entire switch assembly came out with it. *Really* starting to lose faith in the modern Razer keyboards. I have an old 2017 Blackwidow Ultimate that I bought USED that works better than the Blackwidow v4's I have been trying to replace it with. And I guess it's required to put a star in to submit, but IMO it doesn't even deserve 1
