Amazon Essentials Oval Hand Engraved Locket Necklace, 18", (previously Amazon Collection)

I liked that there was a paper template that came with this to show the exact size of the photos needed for the locket, it made it easy for me to print out small photos and then stencil around the image for the size I needed. It was also very easy to put the photos in the locket, I like that there is a piece of clear plastic that goes in it like a picture frame would. Very nice touches. The only thing was that I didn't think about getting a longer chain for my mother in law, so maybe think about the length of the chain. Other than that this is beautiful, sturdy, and well worth the money.

its sterling silver so it does tarnish with wear and tear, and the pendant is a little smaller than you expect but its still very pretty and i think worth.

This necklace is beautiful! I was a tad worried because it is inexpensive (as opposed to going to a jewelry store). Then chain is delicate and sweet, but doesn't feel fragile. The locket pendant is dainty and feminine in both feel and design. The flower design is cute and definitely wearable for many different ages and types of girls/women. The only "drawback" I'll give is that the locket opens by physically prying apart as opposed to say, a mechanical push button to pop the sides apart; it is easy to do but might require at least 1/16th of a fingernail! And same goes for the clear plastic slide-in pieces that go over the photos you will insert. This is a great necklace, and for the money (I paid about $30), this is a fantastic necklace.

Bought this as a present for my mom and she loves it. Her eyesight is quite poor and she struggles putting it on and off because the clasp is so small, so she never takes it off. She sleeps and showers with it, yet the necklace still looks new after several months. Great product, and wonderful gift.

I bought this locket because I wanted to put a couple pieces of my dog's fur in it. I had low expectations because it was so cheap, but it has honestly really impressed me! I wear it most days, and it hasn't tarnished at all. the design is elegant and subtle, while still being visible. the locket function itself is great, it opens easily but has never once popped open on it's own. The chain is strong too; I've caught it on things a few times and it hasn't broken, despite looking very delicate. highly recommend.
