The only thing I didn't like about these--and maybe it is necessary--just saying it was a nuisance, was that you are supposed to wear it for 4 hours the first two days, 8 hours the third and fourth days, 12 hours on days 5-6, 14 hours on day 7, back down to 6 hours on day 8, then 18 hours on day 9, and it goes on with days of 20, 22, and 24 hours. Whew! It gets confusing. It doesn't say what to do after the 13th day, but I would guess the rest of the 6-8 weeks (newer scars) or 4-6 months (older scars) would just be 24 hours. I would rather just put it on and leave it. Again, I don't know if it really matters or not if you follow the directions. The tape is certainly comfortable enough to leave it on all day, and so comfortable that I forgot to take it off after the required number of hours! Time will tell if it really works, because it needs six weeks of this off and on to find out. It's waterproof.
