Premium Dutch Process Cocoa Powder, Medium Fat, Alkalized (2 Pounds)

This is a delicious cocoa powder. The taste is very different from the usual powder I have purchased in the past, but worth the price. I love it. I make my own chocolate syrup and this is so good. I will be very disappointed if it doesn't come back because I will order it again.

This cocoa powder is of a great quality. Not bitter, as it is alkalized processed. Super decadent and chocolatey. Highly recommended

I make some really good chocolate ice cream with this cocoa. Smells and tastes great in recipes.

I don't think I've ever seen a dutch processed cocoa powder so light in color. It lacks the richness and depth of a typical alkalized cocoa powder. It's fine, but I wouldn't order it again. I'd pay a little more for a richer product. Good price but not a great value. You can see how much darker my previous dutch processed cocoa powder was compared to this product in the corner of my jar.

I love this product. Last time I ordered, the bag had popped open in transit, all over the other items in the shipment. They need to double bag this, or have a better bag.

This cocoa powder is pale and tasteless. It is not dutched or it would be dark and flavorful. What a waste of money.No wonder it was cheaper.
