Soft compression
I have had a large number of these kinds of gloves over the years due to my carpal tunnel, arthritis, and trigger finger problems. I have tried different brands, fabrics, and even copper styles at everything but the most expensive prices. These gloves are a mix of cotton and spandex. The fabric is soft and breathable. They are nice and warm in our increasingly cold November temperatures. Though they are not for wearing outside, they do fit easily under knitted gloves to help provide extra warmth and a bit of pain relief that cold temperatures bring to me.I also suffer from neuropathy. This style of glove in other brands usually have think seams. These four pairs have almost the thinnest seams of any I have had. Though I still need to turn them inside out due to the added pain and irritation the seams cause. However this situation is unique to myself and the rare disease I have. The fingers are a bit longer for those who have short fingers. I obtained the medium size and they fit well around my palms and wrists. The hand has good compression. He fingers give compression without limiting movement. The wrist has less compression than the hand and fingers and is in no way too snug. The glove does not leave a compressed ring around around my wrist like others have. These are not overly stretchy like the copper infused ones are. I used the size guide to choose my size. I was less than an eighth of an inch larger than medium, but I ordered that size anyway. I was not wrong to do so. If I had chosen large they would have been too big.The little details make these stupendous for someone like me who uses these nearly everyday. The tops of the fingers are sewn beautifully compared to other gloves of this type. There are no loose threads on any of the four pairs. All four pairs fit the same and have the same great quality of construction. Putting them on did not snap a single thread.I use these types of gloves all the time. While I am crocheting, knitting, sewing, crafting, even sleeping. The pair I have on now does not prevent me from doing any of these activities. In fact they help me to participate in these hobbies far longer than when I do not wear them. The four pack allows for washing a pair and still having others to wear. I suggest washing by hand or on gentle cycle in cold water only. Lay flat to dry so these last a long time. For those who are super sensitive to seams, simply turn them inside out.Dr. Arthritis is the brand name that came with these gloves, and the price is $19.99 at the time of this review. I have paid more for one single pair. These arthritis gloves are exactly what I need at a good price.Should these wear out more quickly than others or prove faulty in some way, I will return and amend this review.

Snug
Fits snugly, soft material. I got a small which is what the size chart said I should get and they fit well. I do wish they had a little more compression though, they’re not as tight as I expected.

My .02 cents may not be your .02 cents re: small hand fit
I have small hands and was hopeful that these would help the arthritic pain in my thumbs. The gloves fit well from a fit standpoint although were slightly loose in the thumbs. The fabric is soft and non-chafing. Because my hands are small the finger tip cut outs went down almost to the end of my finger which felt a bit awkward. I think if you have longer fingers but otherwise small hands this would not be an issue. While the compression felt great, it did not seem to help with the pain. I will say that using my hands with the gloves on felt awkward and I actually managed to drop something when I first used them. I think they will take some time to get used to as far as doing activities while in the gloves. For instance b/c of how the finger cut out was so long b/c my fingers are short, typing with them on was almost a nonstarter. I rip along at quite a clip but with the gloves on my typing speed decreased exponentially. I also found it more difficult to grip things. I know this sounds negative, but I think that it may be that the sensation of tightness and extra space from the gloves really changes how fine motor control activities are done and using them "functionally" wil be akin to learning a new dance. IE you're not an expert salsa dancer after the first lesson! If nothing else they will be nice to wear while walking the dog which does not require fine motor control. I hope this helps.

Good Compression
I have neuropathy that flares in my hands and compression can be really helpful during those flares. These gloves are a good option for a cheaper way to have some compression without breaking the bank. I ordered a medium although I'm right at the threshold between ordering a medium or a large. More compression is helpful for me rather than less, so I got the medium..They are a bit tight to get on which is pretty predictable, but once on they do really help by offering better compression than other brands I've tried. I know from previous experience with these types of gloves that it's important to be careful when removing them to avoid splitting seams etc, but I will say the seams on these gloves do appear to be better sewn than I've had before..It's nice too to have an option other than just... gray or black. I wear a LOT of blue, so as silly as it sounds, I like having a blue option if I have a day where I need to wear the gloves out..Overall, these seem very well made, and I'll likely get additional pairs to have around.

Mostly good
I ordered these at the recommendation of my OT who said I probably have some fluid retention in my hands that was contributing to stiffness. I have not tried anything like this in the past and so have nothing to compare them to.The fit very snugly as expected. The finger part is pretty long and goes past the last joint on my finger on most fingers. For some this may be a plus, others a minus. I need to be able to type with them on and I can reasonably well if I push up the fingers a bit to expose a bit more of the finger tips but not as well as I can without them on. It is too soon to speak to whether or not they are helping with abovementioned problem but I'm feeling optimistic about that. At first they were a bit uncomfortable where the seam near the thumb is but after a few minutes I didn't notice it any longer. They appear to be well constructed and with good quality materials for the most part, although while pulling them off managed to snag the stitching at the end of one of the fingers and I frayed it just a little, I think it was an unlikely coincidence. They are hand washable, made of mostly cotton per the package insert.
