Every Car Needs One
I grew up reading maps and they are far more dependable that GPS. I bought one for all my kids and older grandkids to keep in their cars. When there is no cell reception they will be able to get where they are going. We've been using maps for thousands of years and they don't become useless when the grid goes down.

Does the job...just.
It's an OK road map of the Houston area. Paper is very thin; it had a slight tear along a seam after the first time I unfolded it. It must be handled carefully. The detail is mostly ok but in some of the outlying areas it lacks the scale to include street names. Which was unfortunate because that's exactly where we're going. But for Houston proper and Galveston. it's fine. -30-

Major roads and highways of whole Houston area- all the way to Galveston
I wish that all roads shown were labeled. This is a great map for me as I can figure out how to get around construction between Sugar Land and Galveston.

Useful Map
I liked that it included a map of extended areas around Houston so I could look at alternate roads and ways to get around. It included so much more than Houston and was very helpful. A blowup of many surrounded counties is included.

The quality is ok, but not very detailed.
