This is a secondary dressing which you place over another wound dressing to make it waterproof.You can also use it as a primary dressing over a wound, so long as the wound is dry and not oozing.It is functionally equivalent to the medical dressing Tegaderm, which I have used at work for many years.Those unfamiliar with these kind of dressings may find it initially a little fiddly to apply, but it's really simple.The instructions are not bad, but they don't mention that the bottom layer is the white layer, and the top layer is the one with writing on it.Method...- On the white un-printed under-surface of the dressing, there is a perforated line close to the edge, which gets you to the sticky part of the dressing.- On that white surface, peel off the larger part, while holding the thinner white strip.- Place that sticky part of the dressing on the wound (or primary dressing) that you want to cover.- Next peel off the thin white strip, and press everything firmly down on the skin.- On the printed side, there is a blue central divider line, which gets you to the outer non-sticky part of the dressing.- Pull both printed sides off the dressing cover, and you are left with just the very thin flexible waterproof dressing.- That's all. My experience shows that, with proper care, the dressing can last 3 - 5 days.- It should survive splashes and brief showers, but I wouldn't immerse it in the bathtub for hours and expect the dressing to remain waterproof.You get 25x square dressings, and 25x round dressings, all 10cm in diameter.The current price of £5 is excellent value for money. Recommended.

Very easy to use no cutting necessary of the bandage for small to medium sized tattoos larger you may need more than one but overall easy to use
