Sweet 'N Low Lemon Cake Mix

Used this to make lemon cool whip cookies. Delicious and my friends couldn’t tell it was made with Splenda.

This is a small snack cake it yields only one 8in and it's very dense. Very pricey and the taste was just ok

Absolutely dry and tasteless. Very disappointed with this product. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I originally purchased this on a whim as I use Sweet’N’Low in my coffee, not for any particular health reason – I just don’t like the flavor of regular sugar in my coffee. I originally purchased the first one in my local Gristedes when it was on sale. And then I purchased more here on Amazon. What I like about this cake mix (the lemon, in particular) is that it makes a small cake in a small pan (I use an eight inch square pan) and it’s just enough to feel like you’ve had a little treat without all the sugar (not that flour is any better) but the lemon is very nice in this, not over the top but a nice subtle lemony flavor and the cake texture is also very nice.If you’re not okay with Sweet’N’Low, this will not work for you, but for others, I can recommend it.The price has gone up quite a bit for what amounts to only half of what a regular box mix would make ($4.79 at the time of this review) but since I eat it so infrequently, I don’t mind it. But I did take a star off for the price since it's half size.

I add some lemon drops to mine for more flavor. Thanks for a great product!!

Dry cake. Could use more of a lemon flavor.

Too dry to eat without icing, but very good with fresh fruit like strawberries on top and ready whip.
