Nice. Very high resolution. More units than you will ever need.
This is a nice little pocket scale shorter but wider and thicker than my smart phone with a flip open cover. For some reason the cover takes getting used to open it, but once you know .. it's fine. This scale has so many different units you can select I didn't even recognize half of them but ChatGPT filled in the blanks for me. g for grams and oz for ounces I already knew. Here are the rest:ozt= troy ouncesct=caretsgn=grainstl=tael (traditional Chinese / Taiwanese / Japanese tael .. which are different from Hong Kong tael)dwt=pennyweight (1/20 of a troy ounce)The ounces scale has 4 digits (0.001) of resolution which is more than any of my other postal or cooking scales but without a precision calibration weight I really can evaluate precision. Within their resolution limits, this scale tracks my others so it's at least as precise as they are.Good. Great for the size and convenience. I can keep it on my desk without losing any space. Recommended.

LOVE THIS SCALE!
This is a very well made, and accurate (or at least consistent) scale for smaller items. It can measure up to 1.1 lbs or 1/2 a kg and seems to be very exact.I measured my class ring from college to see how much it is worth (roughly) and it gave the same weight whether I set it on its side (multiple small surfaces on the scale) or on the face of the ring (which should be the better way to measure it) but it made no difference - the scale got the same weight each time.It also go the same weight whether using ounces or grams. I haven't tried all the different scales... grams, ounces, t ounces?, grains and carats for sure.It comes WITH batteries and is simple to zero and start using. This gets FIVE STARS and I would rate it higher if I could. Very impressed with this Vitafit 500g digital scale.

A grain of rice, to a pound of coffee.
This is an inexpensive scale, but it works well. I measured a grain of rice several times, and it always came up the same. I weighed a penny, nickel, and quarter, and each time it was accurate. This can weigh up to a pound, so pretty much whatever you can fit on this should be fine.It has the requisite Tare button, so you can zero it with an empty container and then add what you want to weigh to the container to get an accurate measurement. The scale units include:g = Gram.oz = Ounce.ozt = Troy ounce, for weighing gold.ct = Carat weight, for weighing gems.gn = Grains, for measuring bullet and gunpowder weights, as well as medicines. 1 grain = 0.0648 grams.tl = I have no idea. There is nothing in the “directions” about any of these.dwt = Pennyweight, which is equal to 24 grains, 1⁄20 of a troy ounce, or exactly 1.55517384 grams. It bugs me that there is nothing in the direction sheet about any of these units, or their purpose. I tried to find what “tl” is a measurement for, but nothing I found matches up. (It’s not tael or tola, based on stuff I weighed.)Another thing to note is that this scale definitely changes weight if you tip the scale even slightly. It’s always best to put it on a flat surface. So one star off, but it’s certainly worth the money. The scale fits in a shirt pocket and is great for everything from drugs to jewelry.I hope this helps!

Weight for it... OK, proceed to read!
This scale is the most sensitive such device that I've ever owned. The very first thing I weighed on it was the tiny pull tab that activates the internal batteries - something I thought would be too miniscule to measure. Surprise, shock, and awe: it consistently gave a reading of 4 hundredths of a gram!So now, whenever the true weight of something needs to be more precise than average, this unit will weigh in on the situation. Overall impression of the build quality is what I expected it to be. And there be no gripes so far...

Great Pocket Scale!
This is a great little pocket scale! As a pocket size scale it has its own limitations. Mainly, the size of things you can weigh. You have to keep them small. It is very accurate and has more units than you will probably need. It’s a great scale and a great deal!

Simple and Accurate
Wanted to add a more precise scale to my reloading bench. Most only measure to .1 grains, but this one measures to .01 grains (plus many other options). After placing it level on my desk I checked against some known calibration weights and it was accurate. The weights did not have to be perfectly centered to register correctly, but I didn’t test them at the edges of the surface. Overall this will accomplish what I need.

Very nice
This little scale is so cute. It is much smaller than I expected but it is still great quality. There are so many units of measuring to choose from. You have to keep the items on the small side. It could weigh something as small as my pen, but could not handle my coffee cup. I still like it.

Convenient
Love the size of this little pocket scale. It’s cute and it’s also convenient since it’s so small it seems like it’s very accurate from what I can tell and it works easily without too many tricks or buttons to press. It’s very straightforward and user-friendly.

Vitafit 0.01 g-precise scale: Very nice accuracy, precision and sensitivity, many units
This scale, despite arriving with a user’s manual in both English and French, only has a reminder for instructions inside it in English. It does not come with calibration weights, which is fine at this price, but does come with two carbon-zinc AAA batteries, protected by a piece of paper preventing contact with the battery compartment until you take it off. There’s also a protective film on the screen. After using the button to allow opening it, I am met with 2 capacitive touch controls: I/O TARE, which turns on the unit or tares (sets the zero point) when touched, or turns off the unit when long-touched for 2 seconds. When switched on, if the unit is on an unstable surface, it displays “unst” and switches off. For reading results, the LCD is very well backlit with a blue light, which makes it readable from straight up, but does look like 88888 from an angle. It also has auto shut-off after 60 seconds of inactivity. Adding or removing weight counts as activity, keeping the scale on.For weight accuracy, with the level bubble in the middle:* A single microSD card shows up on three runs as weighing 0.25 g, 0.26 g or 0.24 g. Wikipedia has this kind of card as weighing approximately 250 mg (0.25 g).* A set of 12 microSD cards shows up as weighing 3.12 g. This has one card weighing 0.260 g, which is also reasonably accurate.* A pair of weights showing 3.6 g from a Logitech G502 mouse (rather old, so they are oxidised) shows up on three runs as weighing respectively 3.56 g, 3.56 g or 3.56 g; and 3.50 g, 3.50 g or 3.50 g. This points to inaccuracy between different 3.6 g weights due to the fabrication process rather than inaccuracies of this scale. And it is also very sensitive: a single toothpick showing up on the surface gets it reading 0.09 g, and a 0.06 g strip of plastic is also registered. I did get it to completely fail to register a 0.04 g strip of plastic or a 0.03 g bit of dental floss showing up, however. They only registered once I had a known weight next to them, and I was able to subtract the known weight. Its size is about that of an iPhone SE, but twice as thick. That is rather easy to put in a pocket, except for the thickness. I can imagine this being quite useful for many things, but not for jewellery, as the carat unit only has a single digit after the point, and often 2 are needed. A milligram-precise scale would be needed there.Overall, this is a ± 2% accurate, 0.06 g-sensitive and indeed 0.01 g-precise scale.

Reliable and Accurate for Small Measurements
I bought this scale for use in the kitchen, mainly for weighing smaller ingredients like coffee beans and spices, where accuracy really matters. Straight out of the box, it felt sturdy and professional, which gave me confidence in its quality. The compact design makes it easy to keep on the counter without taking up too much space, and it's small enough to tuck into a drawer if needed.Using it is straightforward, with a clear digital display that's easy to read even in low light. The scale can measure in various units, which has been helpful since I use both grams and ounces depending on what I'm preparing. The sensitivity to 0.01g is a real bonus as well—it’s particularly good for measuring coffee, as getting the right amount makes all the difference to the taste. It’s also proven handy outside of cooking. I’ve tried it for a few bits of jewellery, and the accuracy is spot-on. One thing I’d mention is that the tare function works well but could respond a tad faster, especially if I’m adding things in small increments. But it’s not a dealbreaker, just a minor point for those who are working with tiny amounts.Another plus is that it runs on AAA batteries, which are easy to replace when needed. I also appreciate that they included a set with the scale, so it’s ready to use right away. Overall, this scale has been a solid addition to my kitchen and does exactly what it’s supposed to do with reliable accuracy. It’s simple, reliable, and gets the job done.
