I'm so glad I took a chance and ordered this for my Dad. It's a fantastic chair. It has a nice big seat to hold his large frame comfortably, the fabric is soft and a lovely deep brown color. The remote control for the massage and heat is a bit hard to read, but those were bonus features for him. The reclining function and raising function both work perfectly. It came in 4 pieces, and was easy enough to slot together -- however, there were no instructions in the boxes. It's obvious how to connect the pieces, though -- it was black cord to black cord, white cord to white cord -- so I did not miss the instructions. It arrived a full week before we expected it. No comments on longevity, since he's only been using it a few days, but comfort and function get 5 stars.

One of the best purchases we ever made, my wife is totally pleased with the ease of operation. I totally recommend this product for anyone with difficulty standing. The heat and message for the back is also what make this chair a one of a kind.

Much better quality than I expected. I bought it for my father, was easy to assemble, beautiful chair. He’s a large man by weight and is comfortable for him, easy to use controls. Reclines well, lift is smooth. All the bells and whistles were a bonus. Hidden cup holders, heat massage, lift option is great! Would 100% recommend

Let me start by saying this is NOT for people over 5ft3. I am barely 5ft and when the chair is half reclined my feet are almost at the end. I is a comfortable chair and was easy to put together. the heating and massaging are just ok, they dont give a good massage. it was a great price JUST NOT FOR TALL PEOPLE.

The fabric is soft. It is electric so that’s good but it barely reclines. And after a few months it is lopsided even though it’s rarely used. Wouldn’t buy it again.
