Love this pasta and it’s my favorite gluten free brand. Cooks up well and doesn’t get mushy.

I ordered this pasta online because I could no longer find it in any of my local stores. It disappeared about a year ago from grocery store shelves - including whole foods. I've tried all the other corn free, gluten free pasta and nothing compares. THis is the best. As soon as I pulled the packages out, it seemed they were significantly smaller and much pricier than I remembered since I mistakenly thought there were more packages to be included. PUrchased for 6.73 each in a pack of 3. Package did not contain exactly the product as stated but I'll eat the fettuccine noodles anyway so not an issue for me. I kept looking at the package. Reviewed this pictures and they show the package as being 11 inches. After measuring mine it was only 9.5" stretched out as far as possible. Pretty sure they've shrunk! The loss of star was just because I expected more product for the money.... but it has been a while since I've ordered. Hopefully they are still as good.

I have tried many gluten free pastas and this is the most like the real thing. My family can't tell the difference between this and regular noodles. Love this product!

My personal preference in the best pasta is Tinkyada. If cooked El dente rinsed in cold water it is not mushy. It has the best flavor.

easy to cook and perfect texture and consistency. tinkyada is the best. our favorite are the spirals (purple packaging). Go well with any sauce or recipe.

These are the best gluten free, corn free noodles we have found. You must be careful not to overcook them, as they could become too soft. Really good.

A bit pricy, but easy to prepare. All three varieties are very good.

Texture honestly didn’t hold up even though it says you can’t over cook. I removed it 75% of the way through and it was still mush. Not sure. It’s actually half the price locally as wel.
