Really Nice Vacuum Cleaner
I ordered t he Simplicity Freedom Cordless Vacuum Cleaner and it is exactly like it was pictured, but so much more and we love it. The vacuum cleaner arrived and the box included: the vacuum cleaner, one-replacement vacuum cleaner bag (SLHC-6), the battery, and the charging cord. And, after some very very minor connections/assembly we charged the battery to full strength (and, although we didn't time the charge, it was being charged for about 1.5 hours). We were able to easily clean areas of our home some of which have carpet, tile, or wood and it did an excellent job on all types of flooring we have. Plus, there is enough charge left that we can use it a few more times before the need to recharge again. The suction strength of this vacuum cleaner was excellent especially noticeable on carpet areas. And, it was so nice not to have to find a place to insert a cord each time I had to move to a different area of our home to vacuum. And, regarding the noise level, when I first tried it out, after a short time I turned it off and called my husband to look at it again. I thought something was wrong or blocking something in it. But we quickly realized that this vacuum relatively quiet. I just love it; and this is one of those times I wish I could rate it higher, but I will rate it a 5++ out of 5.

Overall nice vacuum, but has limitations and pricey
Got this vacuum thinking maybe it could replace our cordless shark, or maybe our secondary plug in shark that is upstairs, but 15 years old and making horrible noises.Upon receiving this new vacuum, it was fairly easy to put together, did need a screwdriver for the handle. However, the battery was pretty much dead and needed a charge, that took a good couple of hours or so.Using the vacuum the first time, it felt and behaved like a corded vacuum. It had the familiar sound, headlights, and roller bar auto start/stop when stepping on the lever to pull back the handle. It did well on the plush carpet we have- our corded vacuums have to have the suction lessened a bit so they don't get too bogged down on plush carpets. This vacuum did not need that, whether it's good or bad because it adjusts itself or just doesn't have the overall suction...I could not say for sure. But as a battery operated device, I would assume it's overall suction will not compete to a corded one.It made quick easy work of the carpets and floors, the battery lasted for the whole house, 2 stories. It was easy to maneuver and lightweight for a larger vacuum.Caveats are- it has no attachments. You cannot pull out the handle to have a hose to get into corners or hard to reach places. It also seemed to be challenging on getting all the way to the walls, your best bet is the going parallel with the wall, but still may not get right into the corners completely. Unfortunately, because of these limitations, it will not work as you're 'only' vacuum. It's nice to have it as a quick pull it out, vacuum a room real quick and be done, without pulling out cords. It's also nice for people who like to vacuum daily in that regard, but you'll still want a plug in vacuum with attachments to do a deep cleaning periodically. Finally, for a supplemental vacuum, this is a good chunk of change to spend and still have limitations. So I think if it happens to meet your requirements and you're okay with the price (or it goes on sale), I think the performance and ease of use is good. If you're looking for something that has more flexibility and have attachments, or getting into corners regularly is a concern, you may want to keep looking for other options.

THIS THING CAN SUCK!
I currently have two Hovawarts and foster a Pyr. In other words, we have a lot of hair! After using the simplicity vacuum for a week, we're huge fans. The dog hair is no match for the vacuum. It does a great job of sucking up dog hair and paw dirt from coming inside. It's easy to tote and lighter than my old vacuum. It was easy to assemble and went together without a struggle. The directions were super easy to follow. It got a full charge very quickly. We assembled it, put it on to charge, and when we were done watching a movie, it was fully charged. It moved easily from braided rug, low pile area rug, to hardwood easily and everything was sucked up. It gets up nice and close to the built in furniture. If there were any cons at all for this vacuum, it's that there's not a hose to do stairs. It can be carried to the stairs and do them, but it's a bit clunky. Overall, Simplicity Freedom vacuum is perfect for our house. I'm thinking it'll be perfect for the bedrooms where the dogs sleep and we have more carpets. It's lightweight and can easily go through the house. Great machine that is a true workhorse!

Works great on fluffy carpet floor
Great to have added this vacuum cleaner to my house cleaning arsenals. Fluid transition from hard floor to carpet. The detachable battery charges quite fast. Going through my 900 sq. ft. apartment (90% of it is fluffy carpet) only took 1 out of 5 bar on the battery so a single charge would let me vacuum my entire place 3-4 more times. It's pretty on par with the brand name, this vacuum cleaner is simple to setup and use. Not a lot of buttons or fidgeting around needed. It is extremely light so I felt no fatigue on my arms at all while going through my fluffy carpet.Only downside I can see is the price may be not as competitive as some other vacuums but it's otherwise a great vacuum.

Too fancy
This vacuum might be a bit too fancy for me. It's quite pricey and it has a HEPA filtration bag. It's cordless, which is awesome. I like bagged vacuums because I feel like it's easier to keep allergens out of the air when I dump the canister. However, I'm not exactly sure how easy it will be and how expensive it is to replace the bags.
