I bought 4 plants all the same 2 were very small but came in good condition and good rootsi would have given 5 stars if thay were a bit bigger

Terrible product. Arrived with only 2 leaves on the plant. When I contacted the seller stating it bore no resemblance to the picture in the advert their response was that the plant in the picture was for illustration purposes only, although there is no mention of this in the advert, and in my opinion this is very misleading. When I contacted the seller they said I could return the item but this would involve me packaging it up and taking it to a drop off point which would be more than inconvenient for me as I have mobility problems. In summary, the product is of poor quality, the advert is misleading, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My advice is do not buy from this seller.

Got 2 packs for new Betta tanks!No other plants in tanks as setting up.One tank has red leach in now and got to chuck the lot away after 8 weeks of careful setting up. It's uncommon and not seen other reviews saying this from supplier so just one of those things!Take note of your plant tanks they also had Snails which I had to kill off
