Basic Food and Beverage Cost Control

I just received the Book which looks pretty decent for someone that wants to anticipate an opening of an F&B business.The 3 stars are for paying the price over 30 $ and getting dirty pages as seen in the attached picture. Anyway nothing I can do as I live overseas.

nice book easy to read, fast response, good price, perfect seller, what you see is what you get. I recommend and I would buy again.
