Seems to work
I noticed that when taken at night on an empty stomach, I sleep better. I have not noticed any weight loss, however.

The seal was only half attached to the jar which concerned me.
I was very excited to get these but then when I took the lid off, half of the seal was not attached and was slightly bent. Should I be concerned? I will update review after I take them.
