SHARP...VERY SHARP
My search is over!!!I have been looking for a sharp paring knife that would maintain it's sharpness for a long time. I don't have to keep searching. This paring knife is comfortable to handle, the length is perfect and it's definitely VERY sharp. I have a little slit on my thumb to prove it. Peeling anything from apples to pineapples and anything in between is no problem anymore. You won't be disappointed.

This is a pretty amazing little knife. The quality and the description both on amazon and on the box are simply outstanding. Not only does it come properly sharpened but they also tell you the angle of the bevel (16*/side), the steel type, its hardness and even the type of plastic used on the handle! That's how it should be done, in my opinion.
