The water tastes good, set up was easy and simple. I’m really disappointed though because it leaks from the spout. If the bottom container is full you cannot put ANY water in the top. I believe the instruction indicate you can have the top 1/3 filled when the bottom is full although it’s hard to tell because the instructions where clearly not written by someone proficient in English.

DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT LEAKS AND THE FILTERS DON'T WORK!!!! It leaks constantly, and the filters simply do not work. I followed all the instructions exactly — I soaked the filters, primed them for 30 minutes, ran water through them multiple times — and still nothing. The filters never functioned properly. Instead of purifying the water, the product just leaked everywhere and wasted hours of my time. Totally unreliable and incredibly disappointing.

I was going to give it a 4 star just because the instruction manual was a little complicated for me, BUT I found a YouTube video ! So it was easy ! I filtered the first batch then dumped it, fills the second and it was GREAT, all the tap water taste gone! I am so picky with my water, and I actually loveeeeeeee the taste :) so fresh and clean I highly recommend !

Verificata la purezza con strumento elettronico: dopo il primo filtraggio moltissime particelle, poi via via coi filtraggi migliorava di volta in volta per poi stabilizzarsi, dopo 6 filtraggi. L'acqua di rubinetto è risultata sempre più pura. Inoltre maneggiando i filtri rimane un velo nero sulle dita.

This system works. Prior to using it the water coming from our municipal taps could make you puke but using this unit makes it consumable and I no longer have to purchase RO water from the store.
