I am very new to making sourdough. I have purchased a few other sets only to be disappointed. This is the most complete one I have gotten. This seems to be very complete.The set comes with two proofing baskets, one being a 9" round and the other is a 10" oval. It comes with a linen liner, a storage bag, a scraper for dividing the dough and for cleanup, aa lame with additional blades. a dough whisk, and a sugar/flour sifter.Outside of a sourdough starter jar, this set is basically all you knead (lol).I would recommend this product.

This is a nice set with a variety of tools to aid and assist you with your bread making. There are a couple of reasons why I was drawn to this set. It includes the majority of what you'll need and contains items to make the process easier. The mixer, sifter, and scorer were high on the list but what I was most excited about were the baskets and linen covers.I've been using cloth to cover my bread during the warm and cold rise times, but to be able to have linen covers with elastic is ideal. Combine that with the included baskets adds to the simplicity of the process. Unfortunately, the set of baskets I received are splintering even though the description says they're splinter free. The included picture is the only one where you can easily see what I'm describing. Due to lighting and not being able to get my phone in the basket at the right angle, it's difficult to see in the other pictures I took. It's a great set, but unfortunately I won't be able to use it the way that I hoped.

Whether you are a seasoned bread baker or new to the game, this set is a must have. It came with everything I needed to start my journey with sourdough. My wife already had one of the bread hooks for mixing but given the amount of bread I’ve been baking having 2 is super valuable. The bread, baking tools are all very sturdy and are holding up fine in the dishwasher. This really is an all inclusive set and I’m so happy that I got it.

I actually got these to use as part of my kitchen decor, but it comes with everything that you need for homemaking breads so I’m excited to actually try it out for cooking. They’re very well-made, extremely stylish and an excellent value for the price.
