Real teriyaki flavor but without the salt
One hard transition moving to a low-salt diet was giving up Asian food entirely - except a friend got me this marinade. It really has full flavor and is perfect on chicken (I do chicken stir fry with fresh vegetables now). Well within my sodium budget and works great in stir-fry and on the grill for proteins and vegetables. The larger 12oz bottle has enough for multiple meals. Highly recommended.

Amazing Flavor and no Sodium
This has a great teriyaki flavor with no sodium. It does have a few carbs. But, it makes you wonder why other teriyaki marinades even need to have sodium. This tastes great. it's hard to find and it's somewhat expensive, but it's very good.

Delicious. So glad I bought it.
🌷🌷🌷a review from Mrs. L.🌷🌷🌷 Having someone in our family who had to suddenly go on a reduced sodium diet was stressful, difficult and discouraging. Every where we turned, it seemed that many items in our pantry that we used for convenience and "taste" were very high in sodium. The addition of soy sauce for stir fry was a no-no. Mayonnaise? Who knew it was so laden with sodium? The heart patient in the family felt like food was bland and wifey here, felt like I was chained to the stove cooking all day with an iPad held in the hand that was not stirring the kettle or lifting salt-free bread out of the oven . . . So I could research how to do low sodium cooking. In scanning low-to-no salt/sodium foods available for purchase online, I ran across this product. " Bleh"' says moi. I am not fond of regular teriyaki sauce. It has always seemed wretchingly salty. Overdone flavor. Too sweet. But, in that moment when one remembers that it is for someone else who is missing various flavored foods and is going through "salt withdrawal", well, maybe we should just TRY this stuff."Click" And Two days later I marinated pork medallions in about 1/2 cup of this marinade. Pan cooked them in olive oil. Everyone proclaimed they were "delicious". And they were.I, personally, like the flavor of this marinade better than regular teriyaki sauce. I did not miss the heavy salt flavor and cloying sweetness of regular teriyaki sauce and I think this is a wonderful marinade to add to your repertoire for successful low sodium cooking. Especially if you have a family member who is feeling down about missing salt and varied food flavors. Heart patients often do not have the energy to cook or prepare. Part of loving someone who is suffering means that extra care and research into what one might be able to eat and enjoy is important. Also, as a caregiver,. I do not have the time to research and prepare a variety of flavorful marinades which are also low sodium. So, I very much appreciate the convenience of Mrs. Dash's Marinade.

The flavor is a bit too vinegary for my taste, but was happy to find a salt-free product.
I liked that it was salt free, but the taste was too vinegary.

Meh-Not a Fan
This was just okay. It was a little too much vinegar tasting. I will try it it a stir fry to use it up but probably won't purchase again. It was pretty thick and not runny so did like that but the flavor was just off.

Stir fry anyone?
This marinate is awesome. Has a wonderful taste. My husband loves stir fry. I use this with seasoned strips of steak and strips chicken and vegetables. I usually use frozen since I have them in the freezer. Add just a bit of water. Cover and cook until hot. It's great by itself or you can put it over rice.

Four Stars
It’s great that it’s sodium free and it tastes good. It’s just too pricey.
