tiny but mighty (a message from T and B, chihuahuas)
Hi, we are T and B, two chihuahuas giving our human this review so she can share it.These pee pads, like us, are tiny but mighty.B: I'm 14 years old, and sometimes forget to tell them to let me outside. Still, I'll never pee on the actual floor. I'm pad-trained and I found these just as easy to use as the others, plus, I didn't cause any runoff which tends to make my dadlike-human upset.T: Mom is always on the go, and while she walks us a lot and lets us run around out in the yard, sometimes her schedule isn't the same as mine, if you know what I mean. I prefer outdoors, but it is nice to have these around for when we are home alone, or in the middle of the night.Human: I've had 8 chihuahuas in my adult life, and have trained all of them to go on pee pads when we are not home and can't let them outside (no doggie doors here--we have bald eagles, coyotes, and more, yikes!) These are as strong and absorbent as most; they are very small but I put two slightly overlapping, on top of a washable pee pad for extra protection, and it makes enough room for us to be gone an entire workday with no mess to clean up off the floor. My senior chihuahua especially appreciates the availability, because even when we are home he has senior moments and fails to alert.

Absorbent, but tiny!
I should've paid closer attention to the size - that's my bad. I need to cover an area about 5 feet by 5 feet every night thanks to my b***hole dogs who will pee in my bathroom while I'm asleep. If you have a trained dog who will go on a designated spot, these are great, and a good value for the quantity vs. price. But if you need to cover a large area, go with a larger size! When she did hit one of these, it contained the liquid completely as it should.

These were a lot smaller than I imagined 🫠
My puppy is 7 months and I like to keep pee pads down! These are pretty small, but I was able to utilize them to put over wet spots on a bigger sized pee pad and to extend the space for the pee pads. I will say— when he goes to the bathroom on it alone, nothing seeps through, which is a plus!I am giving it 5 stars because despite the size , it does absorb well. It delivers on its promises!

Work well for catchers under my cat litter box.
I have an older cat who misses the litter box a good bit of the time. I use pee pads under the box to catch when she misses. I have had problems with pee pads being too thin and not catching the overflow and containing it effectively. These pads are thick enough to catch the overflow and keep it in a small space. They do not leak through or run off the edges because of being thin. The wetness stays in a contained area. That is what I need, and it is working.

Pay attention to the size!
I can't say there is anything wrong with these pads. They are absorbent like standard pee pads and do the job. That said, I can't help but question the size. Yes, it is accurately listed, so it's perfectly fair, but if you're training a new pup, you'll know that sometimes they miss the mark. My Frenchie puppy will turn circles and sometimes miss on a 24x24 inch pad, so we'll have to layer these for sure.If you're puppy/dog has great aim, then I think these could work. This is just my thoughts for anyone with a new puppy. They may just need more room to go if you're trying to protect your floorboards or carpet. However, if you're using these inside of a crate (to go beside the bed for example), then they are perfect for that. Just be sure to note the size!

So Tiny!
I ordered these pads because we foster puppies and go through a lot of training pads. Now, we often have smaller puppies, but these pads are SO small. The size is fine for small animals perhaps, or for very small breed dogs like chihuahuas. Anything much larger than that is really going to struggle to use these. We will be saving these for our smallest puppies because they're just not a great size for most of our puppies who we use training pads with. They absorb ok, but it takes a while for all the liquid to absorb, so if they track through it while it's absorbing, you may end up with pee flying around. The price is reasonable for the number you get, so if you have a smaller animal like a guinea pig that doesn't make larger messes, these are probably great. For puppies though, they may not meet your needs.

I was skeptical at first ☺️
But I'm sure glad I gave these a try ,they are small I have to use four of them at a time to make up for the size I usually use . I love the fact that the urine is absorbed and doesn't pool on the top . They are very absorbent ,I have had no lingering odors. These are wonderful, I have a chihuahua/ dachshund mix he weighs about 9- 10 pounds ( pictured on a different pad) he is my love bug but his bladder is like a sive so I made him a little indoor bathroom for in-between the times he goes outside and the winter months, ❤️ these pads are great I'm glad I didn't pass them up based on their size . I recommend 👌

Good pads for the price
I have 2 Yorkie puppies and I'm going through pee pads like chocolate! I use smaller pads like these over large ones. They pee on the small ones (and I don't feel so bad tossing them), leaving the larger ones intact. These are true to their description - absorbent, leakproof, quick dry, etc. You get a lot for the price so I'd say they're a good value too.
