I'm 5-9" and I have the XL which is just a comfortable fit with room for underwear as well

Q: What sort of material ir it, , is it fleecy and snug warm , my man 5.10” and waist 38 chest 40”. What size do you recommend ?

It's sweatshirt material. My son is 6'3 and similar build and we got an XL.

Nope two way zip. It’s not a winter fleece it’s quite thin
