This lamp is a very nice and modern design and looks great in your room. It has frosted glass with a wood bottom frame so it fits with any decor.The app for the lamp is a little confusing to navigate, but once you get things connected it is very easy to use. You need to make sure the lamp and your phone are on the same wifi when pairing them together. Once they are paired, you need to connect the lamp to your group to be able to send signals between each other.It is super easy to send a signal to the ones you love. You can choose a color for your lamp to send and then all you need to do is touch the top of the lamp to send the signal to your loved ones. You can also chose the design and length for your lamp when someone sends you a signal. It also has a function where you can put the lamp to sleep so that you don't receive a signal in the middle of night while you are sleeping that could potentially wake you up.Overall, I think this lamp is a unique and fun way to stay in touch with close family and friends.

My girlfriend and I live apart so we like to have something to keep in touch, and why not this unique lamp?It was her idea and I thought it was a little bit cheesy, and served no purpose. However, now I have this nice reminder that someone is thinking about me whenever I see the colorful light of this lamp go off. It may not seem like much, and may seem pointless to others, but there's just some sort of satisfaction of knowing that someone else on the other side is controlling it too.The biggest issue I had was setting up the Wi-Fi on the one for my girlfriend, maybe it's a combination of things, maybe it's just the Wi-Fi at our house, but it took numerous attempts and days to get a successful connection. I'm an IT guy by trade, I don't think I was doing anything wrong.

My 20 year old son lives about 100 miles from me. We use these to send our little messages everyday. A good way of checking in with each other.

Bought one for me and my closest friend. We’ve had them for over a month and still can’t get them to work. The app is not easy to navigate through. Right now it’s just a cute lamp that I can change the color of on my nightstand. Not what I expected.

The tall square lamps look great in your room. It blends in with house decor. Its made of real wood and glass. You can easily tap the top and hold it down to choose a color and then tap again to send.Setup can be a bit taxing. Be sure that your internet, wifi, and router is good in all locations. Also when setting up your group ID, make sure that it doesn't have any special characters besides the underscore ( _ ). It generated one using my name which contains a special character. When others are trying to add it you will get an error. These devices can cross link which is great.I also love that you can send and receive colors through the app. So even when I'm not home I can see when my niece is sending me our "special code" color. With a tap of a button I can send it back to her. I still prefer to get home to actually use it but ita a nice feature.
