I'm absolutely loving the YOSION Smart Christmas Lights! One thing I particularly appreciate is that you can control the lights via the Tuya app, which gives you complete flexibility over the colours and effects. It's honestly so much fun to design your own bespoke light shows!However, if you're not in the mood for using the app, the lights are still usable. You can easily cycle through 18 different light modes with the handy button on the plug, which is a lovely touch - no app required! This flexibility makes them so user-friendly, and it's nice not to feel forced into downloading yet another app.The music sync feature is fantastic for parties or holiday gatherings, too. The lights pulse and change colour to the beat of the music, including hand claps, so you can create a vibrant, interactive atmosphere that's fun for guests.I highly recommend these if you love flexible and fun decorations!

This set of 100 LED Christmas lights work well and look to be a good quality product. 32’ of lights plus an extra 10’ of cable to the plug makes them quite adaptable for use in various situations. The 200 and 300 LED versions will clearly be a significant amount of lights.I am currently using them in the most straightforward method, using the button on the power supply to select between lighting modes, these offer a variety of twinkling, pulsing, fading and static effects, all of which are quite bright. This works fine for my requirements as I just want simple, no fuss Christmas lights.Once the app is downloaded to your phone the lights can be used with an increased amount of control. Colour selection, brightness, speed of change and music syncing are available from the app, along with the ability to control a group of multiple light strings at the same time.I have not set up Alexa to control these lights, so am unable to comment on how easy that is or how effectively it works.I received these Christmas lights free of charge for review as part of the Vine programme. If I had paid for them I would be happy with the purchase.

I've already got pricey WiZ lights for my main Christmas tree, but I needed smaller (and cheaper) smart lights for my smaller Christmas tree. At £20, these are a quarter of the price and work great!I already use the Tuya app for various smart gadgets around the home (plugs, temp sensors, motion sensors etc), and as soon as I opened the app, I was prompted to add these lights and was ready to go in minutes. I also got the notification that it had been automatically added to Alexa which was great, though as far as I have tested, you can only use Alexa to turn on and off the lights - I'll need to explore and see if it can do anything else such as timers (which Tuya can already handle)!The Tuya app allows me to set timers, and choose from a variety of static and animated effects which all look great, though quite limited in number compared to my WiZ lights.The lights have good brightness and a brilliant range of colours - our trees this year will now look amazing, rather than plain old boring white lights!Very happy with this, would recommend!

These work, but not without an annoyance (on the set I received anyway).Installation/incorporation into the app was very easy, and the set was up and running in just a couple of minutes. There are loads of options available, and the RGB aspect offers a full range of possible colours.The only problem I have with these (and a reason why I probably won't use them unfortunately) is the feint flicker from the LEDs. Transitions between colours/effects isn't as smooth as it should be, and even when set to 'static' (on ANY colour), it still produces a slight flicker.I've had other sets that show no sign of this happening, an it could be just a dodgy set.I can only review on what's received however, and on a quality/value-for-money basis.... a generous 3-Stars.

These fairy lights look really nice, and they are a good length to go around my lounge. There is a fantastic selection of colours that are bright and vibrant. You can switch between a few of its modes by pressing the button on its plug, but the best part about them is that you can control them with more modes with an app on your smart device. Pairing is pretty easy. Just download the TUYA SMART app, which I happened to have already for one of my smart light bulbs. It will guide you through pairing mode. Once paired, you can then set the lights to do pretty much any colour combination you could want. You can then link them to your smart devices such as Amazon Alexa or Google to turn them on and off and change the light settings by voice command. They're really good lights. It is fun to be able to change them to suit the season. You can have them purple and orange for Halloween, red and green for Christmas, and any other combinations you would like. I highly recommend them.

You get a big bundle of lights for your money. They have many uses either external or on an internal Christmas tree or any other use that you can think of. They are very nice and bright. Well worth buying.
