Good quality bags
I used this bag to hold an almost 20 lb turkey for Thanksgiving. It’s super sturdy and very, very large. Even with a big turkey there is plenty of space. I folded down the edges to get the bird inside then folded them up and pressed the seal closed. I like the ziplock seal. The worst part of preparing large cuts of meat/poultry is having a container large enough to contain the juices and this bag does a great job.

Very sturdy, Large bag for Turkey
I used this bag for a 20# turkey to prep it the night before I wanted to cook it. I did not brine it but I filled the cavity of the turkey with my herbs, veggies, and fruit and had the turkey ready for my roaster. I had plenty of room in the bag, it has a pleated bottom that open up so it sets flat when the turkey is in it. Easily could have added brine and the bag was very sturdy. It has a zip closure and string and a clip to close the bag. Great product for the price.

Very large and sturdy
These turkey brining bags are very large. I have never made a 35 pound turkey, but I fully believe that it would fit just fine. The plastic is very heavy duty. The instructions say to put the bag in a container (like large bowl or bucket) to avoid messes. I understand that as a practical suggestion, but it's a little weird because I thought that was what these bags would be replacing. If you accept the notion that the plastic in the bag is healthier to use than the plastic in a 5 gallon bucket, then this is a good product. The description says "food-grade". I'm not sure what all this implies, but I would trust it more than the standard cooler or bucket some people use for brining. The bottom of the bag is gusseted (made square and flat) so the turkey sits squarely on the bottom, making the whole thing more stable. I put my bag into a roaster of just slightly larger size than the base of the bag. I had to put plates along the sides between the bag and the sides of the roaster so that the bag didn't collapse over the sides and leave the turkey uncovered. That worked. I found the zip closure to be very fussy. I worked with it probably 10 minutes to get it sealed all the way along its length. Once sealed, it seemed very secure.Overall, this is a decent product, but I will probably go back to my stainless steel soup pot in the future.

Definitely thick and large
This 3 Pack of Extra Large Brining Bags by KIUADOA are made of very thick plastic. In my opinion it would take some pretty sharp bones to poke a hole in one. They are large enough to get a huge turkey in or even 2 turkeys of around 10 lbs. The base of the bag has a fold in it so it expands. That way you can sit the bag and its contents upright. I included a pic of the flattened bag on a stove top to give you an idea of its size. You get three of these bags, plus you get three plastic closers to seal the double zipper seals, and additionally they include heavy cotton string (about 3’ each) that you can use to tie the bag tighter around the meat or for tying up the meat itself. Finally, they include brining instructions.Note: These bags can NOT be used for cooking.

Perfect for brining one big bird or even two medium birds
These are big, strong bags that did their brining job perfectly. These are much larger than I could buy in my local stores and let me brine two medium birds at one time. Great product!

Huge brining bag for a large turkey with a zip-lock function!
The only way to go for Thanksgiving is to brine your turkey. We always do it in a bag as it is so easy for clean up. I came upon these brining bags as I like the fact that they were so large and it had a zip-lock! All of the bags in the past came with a tie and I never trusted the liquid to stay in. These are very large bags and per the advertisement can hold a 35 pound turkey which I believe. The bag itself is very thick as well too so the chance of a puncture or leak is very minimal. It comes with 3 bags and for the price that is great as you can purchase once and have bags for 3 years (if the only time you brine is at Thanksgiving). Once again, the selling point for me was the zip-lock which held strong when used.

Brine Bags for Turkey
These things are HUGE! If your turkey doesn't fit in this bag, you have a mutant turkey. You can easily fit 3-4 chickens, a bunch of squab, a large pork butt, a hindquarter, any large piece of meat you need to brine or marinate. And the plastic is really thick. It would be very difficult to accidentally poke a hole in the bag. Sealing is comparable to sealing one of those vacuum pack storage bags - you close it by running a clip over the zipper.
