Genuine product and prompt service response
Product looks really good and premium .. when I Inquired about the parts I got an honest response from the company.. Motherboard, RAM, SSD are all ALKETRON brand and components imported from Taiwan, Outer cabinet was designed in Bangalore India but manufactured in China, Graphics card and Intel processor was Imported from Singapore and Malasia .. over all works nice and good . Im happy with the product

Ideal for hardcore gamers.
I got this PC as a gift from my brother and it’s awesome. It runs way better than my old gaming laptop and has much higher FPS compared to laptop. My brother and I both use it throughout the day, he for gaming and I for work and it manages everything without a hitch. It’s plugged in all day for playing Counter-Strike and Dota, and runs smoothly! The setup is perfect for intense gaming sessions while still being reliable for office tasks. If you want a powerful machine for both gaming and everyday tasks, this PC is definitely the way to go!

arrived not completely assembled, but good support from Alketron resolved all problems in the end
The CPU arrived not assembled. The fan was detached inside the CPU and many wires were unplugged. Also, when they had a technician assemble it in my home, the GPU was found to be malfunctioning. That said... in under two weeks, Alketron did resolve the situation and replaced the GPU. They even gave a little gift to upgrade the WiFi, I think, for my frustration. The second time the CPU arrived, again the fan was detached, but they walked me through to reattach it. So I'm upping them from a 1 star to a 4 star because I would buy from them again. Everything has warranty, so it is a reliable purchase. In the end it gets fixed. Maybe I was just really unlucky or the delivery people just really rough. As of today, it seems to be working well. Thanks Alketron for your help.

Superb performance for video editing
Very helpful pc for video editing .. Really good performance and no lag. Lights can be turned off with the remote .. boots within seconds and all my applications open and close really quick compared to my 1.5 lakhs 12th gen gaming laptop .. Good purchase .. recommend it..

Branding Is Important
Seems Good And Attractive I don't know what's Reality Reputation of brand that it has But something that I didn't like that is 12 gen CPU instead of 14th gen

I liked the remote controlled LED fan light feature
This pc comes with the 12th gen processor and RTX 3050 graphics card .. Reliable PC for my home and office use also sometimes gaming.. The best feature I like about the pc is that Led light can be turned off or ON or can be changed to any color with the remote control . DO NOT forget to use a stabilize after purchase
