Inedible, chewy, rubbery
Very, very chewy steak was like rubber, had to give it to the cats as it wasn't very good at all. They seemed to like it however!

Would not recommend at all
Very fatty chewy and generally hard to eat. Much smaller looking that those in the picture, spend a few extra quid for better cuts as the rest of herdsman's meat is good

I had to cut the steak in small bits in order to cook it. The meat quality is very low.
