I bought this back on 9/2018. I have traveled with it also. It's compact. I have a Note 9 in a somewhat heavier Spigen case. I set in the cradle when going to bed, it charges fine in with the case on. It moves slightly when placed on the cradle but I have not had any issues with it collapsing or not holding the phone up. Not sure just how fast it charges or if it would charge faster with a higher output charger.

This charger DOES NOT charge iPhone XR at 7.5w as advertised in the title of the product. I used a QC 3.0 wall adapter as specified and the charger charges at less than even the standard 5w. FALSE ADVERTISING!! Don’t say your product will wirelessly charge an iPhone at 7.5w in the title if it won’t even charge at the lower standard 5w. Also, if you have a "heavier"/larger phone like a lot of people have these days (like iPhone XR or iPhone 8 Plus, which is what we tested the charger with), then the stand drops the upright angle down by about 1/4 to 1/3 when the phone is placed on the charger. As a result, the phone does not stand as upright when charging as shown in the photos on the product listing. Think it's a design flaw and not necessarily a defective unit since we purchased two units and both behave the same way. Based on how the weight of pretty common phones makes the upright/back charging part drop down so much, I think that over time, the issue will become worse. Over time, I think the upright charging part will likely not even stand up. If it drops down 25-33% right out of the box brand new, then I would have to think that over time, as this poorly designed hinge continues to get stressed by having the phone placed on it every day, that the upright aspect of the charger will potentially be completely compromised (thus leaving you with a flat charger) after a few months of use. If there was some movable/foldable support for the back of the charger, I think this issue would be fixed. However, I am not as handy as another reviewer who used some kind of large paper clip as a support to keep the back charging part upright as it should be.

I have been using it for the past 3 weeks and it still works perfectly. My phone (iPhone X) charges normally & without problems. In addition, it gives me the possibility to reply to messages because of the form of the product. The charge isn't super fast but it does its job. I can change the angle that I want to have my phone because of the "Foldable" characteristic.However, sometimes the charging can go crazy and the LED starts to change from blue to red constantly, so I have to move the phone so that it can go back to normality.Overall, a good product that I would recommend, and the only problem that I found so far it isn't troublesome.

Acquired the ZOEVIEW wireless charger a few days ago and it exceeds expectations. We had several round wireless charges that require you lay the phone down flat on the unit. If you didn't get the phone positioned just right the phone would not charge and I tried several different brands. In addition, these units take up too much space. Both issues were instantly corrected after we purchased the ZOEVIEW wireless charger. We had limited space on the nightstand, and the new charger opens up the nightstand space and once the phone is positioned you know it is charging because of the red LED light. Highly recommend this charger and attached a couple of photos to show how the charger takes up less space and gives one a clear indication that the phone is charging.

I bought this charger November 2018. It came with the wireless charger and a microUSB cable in a box. The charger charged my Galaxy Note 8 and was easy to use. I could rest my phone upright on it while it charged, and it felt very study.However, it suddenly stopped working 6 months later. I'm not sure what to do next. I left it in the same space oon my desk the whole time. Hoping for a product that would last me a couple years, but I suppose I got what I paid for.

I have a thin case on my Samsung S8 and it charges it quickly and as advertised in either orientation (horizontal or vertical phone position). Nothing wrong with the charging part at all: it just works. The charger is thin, light, cool, and everything talked about in the description is accurate with no complaints. However, the device does not have a click, a lock position, or a stopping point at which the unfolding can be determined to be complete. It also has the tendency to fold back down under the weight of an S8 if not placed on it gently when in the up position. Combined with not enough tension on the hinge for the weight, the unknown maximum unfolding position, no lock position, and having to unfold constantly I have managed to stress the plastic hinge. I am unsure how long it will last due to the frequent unfolding. This was my first unfolding charger into a viewable position, perhaps this is the same for them all and I have absolutely no complaints about the charging function at all. Just not real happy with the execution of the tilted position for a decently heavy phone and the mechanics of unfolding with lack of feedback how far to go coupled with the plastic hinge sturdiness. Perhaps the maximum angle is not enough and this causes me to try to pull it up further than designed. I now know the flaws so hopefully this will last longer, but I am unsure how long it will be before the hinge either breaks or it loses too much tension (from constant folding and unfolding) and fails to be elevated anymore. It is not required to be elevated, but this was the versatility I was looking for as I already have a flat charger and I find it nice to be able to wake the phone next to my desk and be able to see the screen without standing up.I docked two stars for my personal experience with my S8 phone and durability, but a smaller or lighter phone might work better and I have absolutely no issues with the charging capabilities of the this device.Update 03/15/19 - As feared the spring or tension for holding the phone in the inclined position has collapsed, I now have a flat charger period. Charges great but utterly has failed my purpose for purchasing: buyer beware for larger, heavier phones if you want an inclined position when charging as this will NOT work for you.Update 07/10/19 - Not being satisfied with its failure to stay inclined I invested in an erasure you can easily buy (or maybe you have one already) that has an incline itself (think pink erasure with a bevel at each end). Stuck it into the angled part and it's now an inclined device again, yay! The rubber ensures the weight of the phone (S8 is decently heavy with case) does not scoot the erasure out. Still disappointed the tension did not hold, not changing stars but wanted to mention the cheap and easy "fix". I will repeat it still charges my phone just great with the case, no issues with that part.
