I purchased this phone believing it was officially linked to Samsung because the product page redirects to the Samsung website. However, I later realized that the seller, Cellmigo, appears to be an independent business with no confirmed affiliation with Samsung. Based on my experience, they do not seem to be an official Samsung partner. If I had known this from the beginning, I would have chosen a different seller.The phone has significant connectivity issues. In rural areas, it frequently loses signal and remains in roaming mode for an extended period, even after the signal returns. Additionally, while the phone was advertised as 5G, it only displayed 4.5G in the settings. There was an option for "NR," but it was unclear whether this indicated full 5G capability.Another issue is that the phone often prioritized hotspot mode instead of standard mobile data, leading to connection problems. After losing signal, it would incorrectly enable roaming and take a long time to restore normal service.I use Mint Mobile, which operates on T-Mobile's network. After checking the phone’s IMEI, Mint Mobile’s official customer support confirmed that this device is only partially compatible with US networks. On my previous phone, which was designed for the US market, I never experienced these issues.Overall, I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller, as the phone’s performance in the US does not align with the advertised claims.

Only order if you can speak a foreign languageMy First one came with no instructions . Call they replaced it. The both of them when started up , was not in English. Now giving me a hard time returning both.
