This is a fantastic short end 4 tier bookshelf or display shelf that will require self assembly and I recommend a powered screwdriver to save some time as well. The black wood finish looks great and contemporary and being what I would call a short end bookshelf, takes up very little space, perfect for a corner or next to other furniture and does not look out of place. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow, you will need a Philips screwdriver and a hammer to complete the assemble.The wood panels have premade holes to help guide where the screws go and the back board has nails to attach, with the right tools, you can have this up and ready to go in under 20 mins. It can take large books or items you wish to display and just looks great in any room, I have this in my work from home area. Very impressed with the quality of the materials and the clear instructions.

I tried out this bookshelf, and it’s a stylish addition to my space. The smooth wood finish gives it a sleek look, fitting well in my study. It’s sturdy and offers the option to mount it to the wall for extra stability, which is a nice safety feature.The assembly was straightforward, and the size options (2 to 10 tiers) provided flexibility to suit different needs. Overall, it’s a practical and attractive storage solution.

Pros:The setup process for this bookshelf was easy. All I had was a screwdriver and hammer, and it comes with all the necessary fittings.After setup, it proved quite useful in the shed for lighter items, like tools, etc.Cons:It arrived with noticeable scuffing and finish that leaves something to be desired.The bookshelf was a bit rickety and unstable on carpeted floors. I have it now, standing on a flat, hard surface inside my shed.The general look of the bookshelf is a bit tacky, and the sticky dots that are to cover the screws are of poor quality, some that would not stick at all, adding to the lacklustre appearance.Verdict:This Cube Bookshelf is lower and more budget-end for light storage demands, particularly on flat surfaces, like in a shed. It is very easy to assemble and functional for light items, though the finish was really quite disappointing, and the overall look did give the impression that it was really cheap. If you can put this aside, it delivers a practical solution. However, it may not help if you're looking for something with a touch of quality and style.

Generally this bookshelf is pretty good - it visually looks nice and can fit in any room, with the black being subtly sleek. It is pretty sturdy overall, but I wouldn't use too much on it in terms of weight as I personally don't believe it could hold too much.It was easy enough to assemble, just requiring a screwdriver and hammer, as it has screws for its assembly and nails to attach the back panel. My only negative comment is that the screws weren't all flush and therefore stick out a little. The unit comes with stickers to cover the holes and screws, which is great, but even they couldn't hide the bumps from the screws coming out the wood.The other negative is that the shipping company the seller uses is not the greatest, as it took a long time to get here and the tracking was inaccurate.

Great set of shelves suitable for most spaces in the home. We have decided to use it as a bookshelf for our grandchildrens bedroom. Being open makes it versatile and a stylish storage solution. The 4-tier design offers ample space for books, ornaments or toys. The clean white finish adds a modern touch to any room.The open shelving also provides easy access and allows the grandchildren to choose their own book to read. Once constructed, it’s sturdy enough, as it’s in the kids room, we have added wall brackets to it so that there’s no risk of it falling on the kids. Overall, it does the job and is a great price!

I'm really pleased with this 5-shelf black cube bookshelf which is about 11kg, not the 40kg mentioned on the delivery company's notes, thankfully. This also meant that I could erect it in my lounge where there was plenty of space to put it together, and then move it to the hall by myself.I had intended to use it to store bottles but it's not quite sturdy enough for that but is useful for other things, such as books, gadgets, music or even clothes or bedding. It's also a great idea for student accommodation.It's easy for one person to screw, push and hammer together and very versatile, you can use it horizontally or vertically, in the home or office, 4*
