Great to see a chef who does not follow the pack but his heart..

Potentially a good cookery book that is full of beautiful pictures.
This was bought as a gift for a chef for his collection. I have eaten Mark Jordan's food and it is wonderful. I had a quick glance at the recipes and thought 'yes I could cook some of those'. The fish in particular and those using local produce from Jersey.

Beautiful
Purchased two of this excellent publication as Christmas presents. Both recipients very pleased with them especially as they had both eaten at Mark Jordan's At the Beach and were able to relive beautiful Jersey memories.

I found this book to one of the nicest cookery books i have read in a long time, it is the type of food i aspire to cook.

Wonderful book, marvellous restaurant. Mark Jordan is a culinary genius, and this book is a great representation of his ideas and creations.
