Grobet USAFlexible Shaft Motor, C300, 1/10Hp, 110V

I have had 2 dremmels and one other off brand rotary tool and all three went out on me after a short time. I can already tell this one is in a different league. I have started to carve stone and I could bring the others to a stop bogging them down but so far I have not bogged this tool down. I think it is defiantly worth the money, and the hand piece, I can tell is very heavy duty. I should have bought this from the start. very satisfied. I will buy another of these if it goes out hopefully that won't be for a few years. You get what you pay for. When I buy that cheap chineese stuff I better not be planning on using it but once or twice for some light duty like carving wax. I liked this one because I did not have to worry about if the hand piece would fit and I can tell this one will last. I can tell I liked it because I normally do not give reviews but I took the time because I like this product. and I like the foot peddle although it is light in weight which makes me worry about its construction, I cant say anything bad about it yet. I wish I had several so I can control the speed of more of my grinding tools. I just may have to buy some.

It’s powerful and quiet. I use for creating jewelry and I’m thrilled with the performance of this. The only con, the foot pedal is not great. I purchased a Foredom pedal and it was interchangeable. If you can’t afford a Foredom flex shaft, this is a great alternative.

Just as good as a commercially available flex shaft, and half the price! Great buy!!

This is such a nice flex shaft motor and hand piece. When I opened the box up I really thought it could have been a foredom since it is so well made and packaged. It is perfect for my use. I would recommend this for anyone.

Never owned a flex shaft so I can't compare it to anything. But I do a lot of hand carving and this just made it that much easier. Its super quiet, easy bit change. Foot pedal works like it should. Would definitely recommend this tool.

As a former bench jeweler, we always had Foredom brand flex shafts in the shop, but I wasn’t wanting to spend that kind of money now that I’m retired and just doing my hobbies. I was familiar with Grobet, as we used their brand of files, and figured that I would give them a try. WOW! Was I impressed! A nice heavy duty motor. Nice and quiet. One draw back... the cheap pole that I had from my old flex shaft on my rotary tool that I wore out prior to purchasing this Grobet....too flimsy to hold this quality motor. Do yourself a favor and order a heavy duty stand 😁

This is a top quality product. The so called top brand (Foreman) is double the price of this one. This Flex shaft works just as well as the top brand and is very durable. I suspect I will have the tool for a long time. I would recommend to any craftsman who wants a quality tool for a reasonable price.
