Somewhat OK.
Looks similar to the garmin bands but the plastic is a lower quality. I find that it does the job when in the office all day but it’s not great for a circuit session as the quick release clips come undone. I definitly would not use this strap in a lake, the sea or anywhere that you could permanently lose the watch.
