The top edge is slightly rounded, so it feels comfortable against the corners of your lips when you are drinking from it.3. The bottom of the glass has a thick base, which gives it a lower center of gravity, which makes it resist tipping.4. These glasses do not hold 13 ounces. 12 ounces will fill it right to the rim. Don't try to pour a 12 oz beer into that one of these glasses to drink it. It will spill over. They will comfortably hold 10 oz, or a little more.5. I will confidently recommend these glasses to anyone who wants clear glasses of an uncomplicated design that have straight sides and resist tipping. I like these glasses very much.
