This accessory fits my Sears Kenmore canister vacuum very well, without an adapter. It works very well to vacuum carpeted stairs. I rotated the green flexible prongs up, out of the way, to vacuum on carpet, then it worked well. I had to be careful about the angle at which it contacted the floor, so the rotating bristles would sweep up lint & dust. It's easy to open (using the threaded closure) to empty lint from the rotating wheel that turns the beater bar with bristles. I am very pleased with how well it works, for a reasonable price.

It’s slightly larger than the original. It works fine for pet fur on the furniture but doesn’t fit the tool caddy on the handle. Minor nuisance.

The amazingly gentle but effective bristles part and fluff as well as get the dust out of every inch of fabric. It is like brand new 15 years ago. Very pleased and the adapter fit my Miele vacuum perfectly!

The product performs poorly. It may, at best, pick up half of what I am trying to vacuum. Any amount of pressure I put on the brush causes the brush to stop rotating, so all I can do is lightly go over whatever it is I’m trying to vacuum. It’s not even worth returning for what little I paid for it. I should have figured out what I would get from the price. My bad.

With the included adapter, this fits my Shark Lift-Away Deluxe upright perfectly. It does a great job of picking up cat hair from upholstered furniture. My only *wish* would be that the teeth on the two combs were flexible—because they’re rigid they snag just a bit. This is not a complaint as it doesn’t happen often and this is an excellent tool.

I have steps that I have to routinely vacuum. I had one that came with my vacuum cleaner. This was purchased to replace it. It doesn't work as well. It does work, but the fit isn't as good. It will dor now.

I have this attachment hooked up to my shop vac, and it does a fantastic job of pulling hair out of the carpet. Complaints from other reviewers might be due to using a vacuum with poor suction because if you can see the internal part of the attachment spinning fast then it will work great at pulling hair up.

I wish the bristles were just slightly longer so when you use that rubber hair grabber thing it would grab more of the hair. I use it for my car

First off, re. your rate features, "suction power", it depends on the vacuum-machine, not the brush...I have a new shop-vac that has a better suction than our Filter Queen or Shark Rocket and if I apply enough pressure to get into the stair carpets it tends to stop spinning. This was the first time I used it and I noticed at turning the vacuum on it was slow to start spinning. This was our 3rd brush in 15 years, because as it gets older I think it wears down and just stops even when just connected to the vacuum.

The brushes are to short and do not touch the floor

Our original upholstery beater attachment cracked where it inserts onto the handle when using because there is no flexibility - must use on with a 90 angle -Was first impressed with this product because it worked much better, and lasted longer than the original piece, however, it too cracked in the exact same place.The product is better than originalWorth the priceEasy to useUnfortunately this will not be the last time I have to buy a replacement pieceWill buy this again bc I think any replacement piece for this model of SHARK will do the same thing - design flawWould suggest manufacturer of this after-market piece rethink how to make it better - unless flaw is kept in order to ensure continuous sales
