This ORAMUON Cordless Heated Decompression Lumbar Traction Back Belt with Heating Pad fits waist sizes 29-49 inches.The set comes with a decompression belt with heat, a hand pump to inflate the belt, an extension pad for those that need to make the belt larger, a USB cord, a storage bag and a user manual that is written in 8 different languages.The belt is very well made and the instructions are easy to follow. There is a power button, a timer button (15/25/40 minutes), a temperature button (low/medium/high) and a start button. The belt powers off once the time is up.The hand pump is easy to inflate the belt and it cannot be over-inflated. The belt got tighter as I inflated it but it was comfortable. It is easy to wear around the house while doing chores and does not affect movement. The heat is a nice option and is the reason that I ordered it. I have had 2 back fusions at 3 levels (L3-S1) and heat helps. I much prefer this belt to a heating pad as you are able to walk around and you don’t have to lay stationary as you do with a heating pad.I definitely recommend this belt for anyone that has back issues. It is sturdy, well made, decompresses well, and the heating option is nice to have.

This waist brace provides incredible comfort to my lower back. It does all of these great things and all I have to do is put it on and relax. At first glance it looks a little complicated but once I familiarized myself by reading the instructions, it’s very simple. I enjoy decompressing the spine and I love the addition of the heat. I like the fact that I can put it on and still complete my chores and activities without pain. It comes with an extension pad for those who need a little extra room. This waist brace is very nicely designed and very comfortable. I know this is an item that I will use often.
