Perfect for any surface
I love that these work on all surfaces. They are great for my home as we have been repainting everything from walls to cabinets and not having to switch roller types has been great

Not as ago as I expected
These were used to paint cabinet doors and produced a smooth finish. However, they do not roll very well or hold much paint. They are pretty expensive and I will experiment with other rollers for future projects.

Great for a silky smooth finish
I used these rollers with chalk paint to update a dresser. I didn't use them for the initial coat, but rather I painted first with a paint brush, then lightly dipped the roller in paint and used it to smooth out the strokes. It worked like a charm, I ended up with a perfectly smooth finish. The project took a few days with breaks in between, and I was able to wash and reuse these as needed. Highly recommend these, especially for the price. Can't speak to how they work with other paints, but with FolkArt Chalk Paint they work amazingly. I prefer a modern finish to a rustic one and that can be hard to achieve with chalk paint(without constantly sanding between coats), this make it a lot less painful. I still sanded a bit, but much less than I would have had to otherwise.

the best roller for small jobs on smooth surfaces, or even somewhat rougher surfaces
I paint a lot of surfaces in our home and in my son's restaurant, and repaint the latter each year. These are my favorite rollers for some jobs since they do not carry that much paint, so don't drip, and yet can easily paint very close to edges or even into inside corners.

Use These to Quickly Paint Doors with Professional Results
These roller covers are the absolute best for painting front doors and interior doors. They are lint free. Simply roll the outer edges in one roll (after testing the roller for excess paint). Top and bottom are done horizontally and left and right are rolled vertically. Then paint the top surface of each panel vertically. Finally use a good quality 1" angle brush to paint the recessed edges around the panels. This method is very quick and the result is very smooth and professional-looking.
