Most effective for IBS
I’ve found Sennacalm to be the most effective for me for my IBS. I take them at the first signs after a meal and really help with wind and pain especially if I take three at night. Most effective when taken together with buscopan too.Always get these from this seller , good price also free and reasonable delivery time. Packages often arrive squashed and out of shape but this is more to do with Royal Mail I think. Hasn’t up to now affected the contents.

Most effective for me out of the over the counter IBS meds
Greetings!I've found these tabs to be the most effective for my IBS! Unfortunately they've been out of stock for some months now and I've had to "experiment" trying out other treatments and so far, none have had the same positive effect as Senocalm. Thankfully, I believe they were not discontinued and are just (like many other things) suffering from supply chain issues.Fingers crossed the supply issues get sorted ASAP!!Best regards!

Helps a little
I'm suffering with severe IBS. Have tried every medication on the market to get relief from trapped wind, I find Senocalm does help a little.

Just as good as Windeze!
Alot of reviews said they only recieved 1 pack and not 3. I can confirm there were 3 packs as advertised in my parcel.Now to the product itself, I used to take Windeze but lately they are nowhere to be found, this product is just as good as those and in my opinion better than windsettlers too.

Senocalm works fo rme
For my poor tum they are amazing. However only 1 pack not 3 received. I trawled thro orders and eventually you find you can msg and Amazon will ring back. They did. Problem sorted if rest arrive tomorrow as promised.

nothing inside the capsules
i cut them in half....virtually nothing ...i tries a few more...cut them open..on closer inspection i found one or two tiny drops of liquid....this seems to be some kind of rip off...you could barely feel the liquid in the capsule,you had to squeeze it out,there was hardly anything there....

Very very expensive for what they are
I find these effective. But, they are *extremely* expensive for what they are (simethicone & peppermint oil). I find a combination of Wind Setlers (simethicone) and Colpermin (peppermint oil) very effective for me and contains the same active ingredients at about half the price, a substantial saving.

This is a great product for IBS symptoms - I take one in the morning and one in the evening, thenIf need be - an extra capsule mid afternoon
