Well-detailed resin Spirited Away decorative 'lamp'
My Spirited Away resin ornament arrived well-packed and thus safely. Nothing broken. I am amazed at the detail and careful painting of it and the street lamp that actually works in three modes - on/off; white light and warm-yellow light. It's quite sturdy but the lamp part is a little fragile. The lamp post needs to be easily screwed into the base of the ornament. I'm unsure whether you can buy extra bulbs/batteries for it? - I tried unscrewing the top of the light but I'm afraid it may break.I've included some photos of mine with the lamp in its 3 different modes.Indeed an excellent gift for the Spirited Away / Miyazaki Hayao fan.

Rough paintwork
This is a lovely little gift, although it took me a while to figure out how to put it together and the paintwork is very sloppy. Get what you paid for I suppose.

Arrived broken
The product itself is really nice hence the higher review. Unfortunately it arrived broken. I'm going to try and glue it back together but maybe seller should consider some better packaging

It's so cute
It arrived broken but was easy to glue the branch back on. It traveled so far this is probably unavoidable so invest in some super glue and you won't be disapointed

a little messy but good for money
the painting on the face was a little messy so i had to fix it up a bit but other than that it's perfect, not heavy or bulky and the lamp part is pretty easy to figure out

Really cute yet...
Arrived a week and a half after ordering it. so excited to get the package. the box was literally squished which probably not the sellers fault but could probably not just wrap it in those bubble wraps. its really cute but when assembling the lamp thing broke it was help by a thin layer of super glue. the light was so hard to figure out since it didn't come with any instructions. the paint job was alright i guess just honestly could have done a better job. will be using as decoration because its still cute :)

Pretty good, some issues though.
The idea was lovely and I was very excited for this lamp but there were quite a few issues-The first issue was that the paint job on no face himself was very sloppy and quite inaccurate. The white from his face dripped down to touch the mouse sitting on his lap and the markings on his face were orange when a quick google search will show you they are meant to be red, I didn't mind this as much because I'm a painter so it was just a quick little touch up and he was fixed. The second issue was the harder one to deal with- the light itself. I didn't understand how to turn it on for a while, but maybe that's on me. Once I did however I was expecting a nice warm light to match with the mood that the whole 'Spirited Away' movie had but it was a harsh ugly white light that ruined the already shoddy and inaccurate no face I had. I tried finding a new light online that was the same but I couldn't. In the end I had to cover the light in orange tissue paper to make the light orange and it was much better but still, far too much effort to put into something I already had to pay for.Side note: it also didn't come with any instructions, when you had have to put it together and the bulb is weird as you have to press the part that the holder loops through.I would still recommend this however as even after all the drama it is a very cute addition to my room.
