Q: How long do these take to dry?

I think it said about 20 minutes or so but we gave them a bit longer so they wouldn't be sticky. The more water you use to adhere them the longer they will take to dry. It says to only use a few sprays but my daughter really saturated them so they took a few hours to dry.

Q: Do you have to have the quick-dry fan already that is in the larger set in order to use this set?

No you do not have to use the quick dry fan from the larger set, it just will take longer to dry but either way will work

Q: Do they sell extra shopkins beads and eyes for this?

We have three sets of Shopkins beados and we have never seen packs of extra eyes or beads. I would say no.
