So far this works pretty good! I’ve used it twice now and so far my knives and silverware look super shiny. I had a baking pan that would rust so quickly and so far it hasn’t been as bad but I’m honestly really shocked at how shiny my spoons and stuff are. I’m going to use it a few more times for my baking sheet pan and see how it does but so far I’m really happy with my purchase.

I think the name of this product is a bit misleading. It is called Rust-Be-Gone which made me think it will help me remove rust from products but it doesn't do that at all. It just prevents new rust from forming which isn't the same! It is magnetic and the product description says it can discolor plastic over a period of use so I am also concerned about the impact it would have on the parts of my dishwasher. But most importantly do not use it near any electronics or even things like credit cards as it can impact the data stored on those.

Our cutlery is always rusted from the hard water. This little stick is amazing and small enough to sit in the back of our cutlery section. What a great invention, everything is so much shiner and cleaner now !!
