This is a nice set up compared to my last one. It was well-packaged when I received it. It even came with 20 pouches of different sizes which I really found useful. The sharp paper cutter has been so easy to use and it’s so convenient. The laminator user guide provided clear instructions on how to get started. I also love that it has an 18 month warranty guarantee.For those who haven’t ever used a laminator, here are a few observations I had. There is a quick warm up process so you will only need 3-5 minutes. It laminates high speed at 10.3 inches per minute. I haven’t had any jams yet but there is a jam release button to protect your paper from any damage.I think it’s priced fair and offers a lot of conveniences from being compact/portable, quick and easy to set up.It couldn't have came at a better time since I am in the middle creating some Montessori learning cards for my toddler to make him some phonics materials! Five stars and highly recommended to everyone - especially families.

This machine works really well. It heats up quickly... so fast I didn't have time to get my pictures placed in the sleeve before the machine was already hot. Since I was only making magnets for my grandkids to play with, I used a 3 mil sheet of lamination paper that I already had before I bought this machine to test how well it worked. It performed perfectly! The rollers worked smoothly, with no grabbing or dragging, and it sealed around every single edge. As you can see by photo number 1, there were a lot of edges to seal, some quite close together. It was very easy to change the setting on the laminator to a 3 mil setting (see photo number 2). Because of the description on the product site, I knew they were sending some lamination sheets with this machine, but I was pleasantly surprised to see they sent three different sizes of sheets, along with both 3 mil and 5 mil samples (see photo number 3).I am retired from an office setting where it was not uncommon to use a laminator. This machine works every bit as well as the professional machine we had there for a fraction of the cost!

The media could not be loaded. This is my third laminator due to over useage or carelessness. I am preschool education teacher and am constantly laminating to preserve items for years to come. I usually use card stock and needed a laminator that could accommodate constant usage and thick projects, especially something that could get hot enough - nothing is more annoying than open corners. I should also say that I put my laminators through the ringer! My biggest problems with laminators are getting jammed, not getting hot enough, or making some terrible squeaking noise. I researched laminators for a while and really would have paid more if anything had decent and consistent reviews. This was a good price and the reviews were pretty good as well. the price is incredible for the quality - so I figured I give this a try. LOVE! It surpassed my expectations. Its nearly silent! It has different size settings (3ml or 5ml) an anti jam button. It also laminates fairly and quickly! I would absolutely recommend！

I love my new Jieze Thermal Laminator!!! It heats up quickly and is extremely easy to use. I was able to protect many of my cute classroom decorations with the thick lamination that the Jieze laminator pouches provide. It is such a handy tool that every teacher needs in their classroom. Plus it's so compact that it hardly requires any space for storage. I thought it would be complicated or take a long time but it was the opposite. The directions were clear and easy. The user manual were easy to follow. Once the machine was plugged in and heating up, it took no time at all to heat up. Come with 20 pouches were easy to use and allowed simple placement of items to maximize the space in the pouch. Once I placed the pouch in the machine, it went through smoothly and the pouch was laminated. The items were not sturdy and very durable. I can't wait to continue to use the Laminator to laminate all my classroom decorations. I think I'm going to purchase one for a new teacher as a welcome gift!

For the price it's ok. My old one had a audible sound when it was ready to use and it had an automatic cutoff after a period of non-use. Unfortunately this device does not. But for the price I paid that probably shouldn't be expected. I used it the first day and then didn't realize that it wasn't automatically cut off like my old one and the next day when I went to turn it on it was still on from the day before. My fault for not checking. I have a automatic timer that I can plug this into set it for one hour. That will give me plenty of time to laminate what little I do and should prevent me from forgetting about it next time. It did a good job sealing the pages I laminated and there were no bubbles or wrinkles. So I am pleased about that. All in All it's a decent laminator that will do what you want it to for small projects.

A laminator is on my wishlist for a long time since I want to laminate my kid's artwork at school. We moved several times in the past few years, and their artwork got torn or damaged. It is a pity that I have to throw away a bunch. Now I can save some good ones laminated and preserve longer. The laminator has a reasonable price, fits all my needs. I mainly use it to laminate legal size paper. I found that the laminating sheets are sometimes slightly smaller than the paper I inserted, I will cut some off with a paper cutter. This laminator heats up quickly, gets laminating done smoothly.

I ordered this product in March 2021 to replace a Marigold 13” Laminator, which worked beautifully for four years but is no longer available from Amazon. This JIEZE laminator is much slower and the quality of the seal is less than what I need. I didn’t think of returning an item that works, but not as well as expected, and missed the return window. I have ordered another laminator and will donate this one to someone who needs to protect items, but needs less professional results.The Customer Care booklet listed an email to contact if not 100% satisfied. The email sent before submitting this review was returned with message of no such mailbox. If considering this laminator, I recommend looking for an alternative.
