It has a sports monitoring function, and every time I finish running, it accurately records my steps, pace, calorie consumption. Isn't it way better than those ordinary bracelets that can only count steps? I really like the sleep measurement function. I wear it at night and check my sleep data early the next morning, that helps me to adjust my work and rest. It also has an alarm clock, timer, among many other useful features. My only complaint is that it doesn't have GPS, otherwise it would be perfect.

I had to give too much personal info to allow the app to work.I did not do that. I thought I may go back at a later time and revisit the requirements. They were still too invasive for my liking. I never was able to use this watch.
