Suma PrepacksSausage Mix - Vegetarian | 1 x 350g

Just what we needed to make our vegetarian meals , love this it is good for making tasty sausage rolls. My wife makes a lovely pastry roll with it and adds mushrooms,peppers, onion to it and it can be cut and frozen in slices for later date after cooked. Brilliant saves time on days when you do not have much time to prepare.

I remember a decade ago getting some sosmix from Suma which was delicious and had legit chunks of white fat (vegetable, I assume) in it, which is a large part of what makes it tasty obviously.This doesn't have any of that, and just tastes a bit like flour. I made patties mixed with grated veg and quite a lot of seasoning and chili, and it still tasted mostly like flour. Onto the next brand for me, I'm going to chase the sosmix dragon in search of that first delicious taste I remember from my youth.

Bland and paste like. Next time I use it I will add onion, garlic and herbs and spices as a minimum because I wouldn't waste what is left.

Good basic sausage mix. It is bland, you need to add your own seasoning and spices, but it's still a good mix to work with. I do think it's quite pricey though, I have since found it cheaper elsewhere.

Sosmix is so versatile by adding different herbs to enhance flavours make into sausage shapes or round patties put into pastry case what ever your imagination comes up with a wonderful vegetarian food

Loved the taste, versatile, but was upset by paying twice as much as I could have on another as, will definitely buy it again, but cheaper!!

Great for veggies who miss non veg sausage rolls, this product is a super replacement for the hard to find "sosmix"
